How to treat customers
My wife & I visited the High Wycombe store twice and on both occasions we were met by Izabella who answered all of our questions regarding the Pittsburgh arm chairs that we were purchasing. We made a point of seeing her on our second visit as she was most professional in the manner she dealt with our questions which ultimately helped us make our decision on our purchase.
