Entering store the assistant offered…
On entering store the assistant offered help then left us to it .I decided on 2 sofas..the lady assistant let me take my time with no pressure..she even helped with moving storage stool around so I could decide .. just one negative, the price label showing was out of date but let me have it at the price on show ..

Give the lady a promotion
We had such a lovely experience buying our sofa thanks to the American lady (so sorry we forgot your name as the process was so smooth and fast!) who helped us at DFS. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really took the time to help us find the perfect sofa.
