The staff didn’t follow me round like sharks and left me to make my own decision but were ready to help me with any questions.

They walked me through the process of buying a sofa clearly and didn’t try and push extras on me.

I went to look at sofas today and bought two. Staff, John, was very helpful as I am fussy. Great service from him and I am very happy either way my purchase

Lovely young lady named AGA ,helped us to find the right sofa & chairs for us .She gave us water ,(very hot day ) & made sure we were sure with our choices. She is an excellent customer service provider.

Excellent service at DFS Reading. The lady was very efficient. Asked if we needed help and let us look around and decide on our own. When a sofa was chosen she dealt with the sale very quickly and was very helpful.

We were assisted in with our purchase today by Sarah, she approached us when we entered the store, explained where things were and what we needed to know about fabrics, colours, and seat combinations, then left us alone to wander and view. She kept a respectful distance while we browsed, and made it clear she was available for help when we needed it. We left the store as we had others to look around, but came back pretty quickly with our minds made up! Sarah was extremely helpful and really made the whole experience seem so easy and simple. She talked us through all the extras and finance, and explained in great detail the benefits of the additional insurance, she was very knowledgeable and clearly loves her job! We're really happy with our purchase, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah. We hope not to need another sofa for a long time, but will definitely recommend Sarah to help friends or family! What a superstar rep DFS have there!
