We found the perfect sofa for us from DFS Ruislip. We knew straight away that this was the one that met all our needs however we were still curious about various aspects of the design/features. This is where Mitesh really stood out in his desire to genuinely help us rather than just trying to force a sale. He took his time to talk through all the benefits of this sofa over others, what sort of things we should think about when selecting the material/colour and also tips on aftercare. We were made to feel so comfortable with Mitesh and his light hearted humour yet knew that we were receiving useful honest advice. Thank you so much. Good product,
Salesperson was amicable and appeared to go out of his way to get our furniture delivered faster and see if a particular model of pillow/soft good was still available. Item was of high quality. Delivery was fast, within the stated window, and the tradesmen transported and assembled the furniture as tasked.
