Mandy you was exceptional!
We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service we received. Every member of the staff was incredibly polite and attentive throughout our visit. Especially the lovely worker Mandy. Her professionalism truly enhanced our experience. It was a pleasure to be looked after with such care. She went through everything with us in regards to finance and broke everything down since it was the first time we was buying a sofa and made the process effortless. 10 out of 10 for service and knowledge. 100% recommend Westwood cross.

Excellent service
Came into store to look around, was greeted as soon as we was seen by a lovely lady named Mandy. She was exceptional with us as we was buying our first sofa and wanted to make sure we understood everything and the procedure for doing finance. She made it a breeze! Totally would recommend shopping in DFS, what a lovely team and respect the work they do. 10 out of 10 service!.

I went in to see 2 chairs I'd seen on…
I went in to see 2 chairs I'd seen on my phone. I was met by a lovely young lady who said that there was only one in the shop, which I looked at. Then she said there were 3 more very similar. I chose one and she helped me with the colour. I told her I was .moving to Portsmouth would that be a problem. She offered me coffee and explained everything to me. I left D F S feeling on top of the world knowing my chair can be delivered to Portsmouth that lovely young lady's name is Louisa. Thank you very much.
