This service was paid for by a grant from social services and public money was misued by this company. this company is untrustworthy and does not respond to complaints. customer service is appalling. they do not do what has been agreed and is not the bespoke service they claim. the person they employed and sent was rude, completely unreasonable and untrustworthy. they did not send the full team as stated . do not use them for home cleaning, clearance or any service. More interested in making money and items were removed that should not have been and the employed person refused to offload the items as it was agreed i had the right to choose which were removed and also on complaint were not not returned. Have had to refer to trading standards/CAB and WODC>
