Poor Service - staff don't work for their salary and they are unfair to innocent foreigners
I did a trade with an exporter based in India who had valid IEC code. However he took my money on promise of sending goods but did not send any goods or returned the money. This website claims they will resolve trade disputes but they don't respond to online claims or are very unfair. In my case they didnt respond. In another EU citizen's case they were unfair in their decesion. I think they get money from Indian exporter / fraudster as bribe and leave them away. It should also be noted there are Govt recognised companies in India whose job is to do scam on British / UK residents and bring foreign money to India (Source BBC documentary), one such case is mine. Shame on you Indian Government, Pakistan Govt or Taliban Govt is better than you as they dont cheat us for money. Work and earn money , if you dont intend to resolve trade disputes why you cheat foreigners on the name of resolving it.
