Zero support under guarantee

I bought a jacket at DGM outlet through bol.com. After less that one year of use the zipper got broken. The jacket was still under guarantee. I contacted DGM outlet for support and they claimed that it was due to normal use so they could not help. They offered 10 € to repair it (the reparation costs were estimated at 125 euro). I contacted the jacket brand and they confirmed it was not normal use but it was a guarantee case. However, even with this info, we had zero support from DGM outlet to submit the claim so I could not repair the jacket under guarantee.

Second hand games sold as NEW

I purchased a NEW game but what arrived was a game without the plastic seal you would expect from a new game and a filthy disc covered in smeers and dirt To me clearly says its not a new game as sold and somthing went wrong. But After talking to a number of staff apparently it's me who is wrong on thinking new games come with a factory seal and untouched discs , no offer to replace or admit there has been a issue with my order. Terrible way to leave customers.

We regret to hear that you did not have a positive experience.

You indicate that the game is not new because it does not have a seal. In addition to an online store, we also have a physical store. The covers from the games are displayed in our store. To prevent theft, we store the discs in a drawer at the cash register. When sold, the set will be completed again. These are new articles. This method is used by several companies with a physical store. Just because an item has been repackaged does not mean that it is second hand.

However, the disc should not have been dirty. Our colleagues were not careful in this case, we apologize for this.

You can always register the item for return within 14 days and return it to us. As soon as your return has been processed, you will of course receive your purchase amount back.

Watch out, faulty products, no money back!

Watch out, as many people already wrote, they sell broken products and don't want to give your money back!

I bought oral flosser OxyJet that was not working properly. First, they refused my return because of hygiene reasons. When I told that the item was broken, they claimed they had tested it and it was fine. I already had two of the exact same OxyJet and I know that this one came faulty - there is not enough water pressure, the water barely flows even at the highest speed. It is not possible to water floss your teeth with this machine. Anyway, they told me I'm not gonna get my money back.

Do not buy anything from them, cause you will be left angry without money and without product!

You have ordered a hygiene item from us. These items cannot be returned after use. In this case, the product is checked and repaired if necessary.

The item was checked by our returns department upon return. No defect has been found. If desired, you can register the article on the Oral-B website. An Official Service Center of theirs will check the product again for you.

You indicate that you have been left without money and without an item. We regret that you make this claim. Before posting this review, you received the new track & trace code from us.
