Slow to deliver
Ordered some packers for a window we were replacing. Took 2 weeks to arrive and only after I’d enquired where they were. We’d finished the job, I was told they could be retuned but the shipping costs were most of the item costs. Wouldn’t use again.

Because shipping is a fixed cost, we are unfortunately unable to refund postage on returned items. However, we always want to offer the best value possible, which is why we have recently reduced our UK mainland shipping costs for smaller items from £6.49 down to £3.95.

Took so long to get my bits and I had to call you loads of time to get anywhere with it it’s been about 3-4 weeks to get what I need and I’ve got nothing out of you no good will jester nothing cost me money as my customer wants money off now.
