Today is the 11th day of my second 20 day full body cleanse using 4dherbs. And just like the first cleanse I completed in 2019, I feel absolutley amazing. By the end of my first full body cleanse in 2019, I had lost 33 pds and came down 2 dress sizes. Unfortunately, I didn't take any measurements prior to starting my cleanse so I couldn't tell you how many inches I lost. But, the most amazing reward was the way that I felt. It is quite indescribable. 4dherbs full body cleanse rejuvenates your overall mind, body and soul. I highly recommend this product and challenge all who seek an awesome positive life experience during these very bleek days full of stress and strife.

I did the 20 days cleanse it was not easy but I stuck with it. It gave me energy as I lost the weight this was in March before "Covid 19" I lost a total of 40 pound. During covid 19 I gained 25 pounds, I am going back on plan to loose the weight and some additional.

Heard ads all over for this company and their full body cleanse. I though I would give it a try. If I had only known before I made the purchase that I would have to take a whopping 30 pills a day, I would’ve never spent that kind of money on this. Not only with taking that amount of pills a day, within two days of taking all these pills, I became so nauseous with a killer migraine, I just had to stop. The return policy is a waste, they claim that complete satisfaction is their goal, but yet they don’t take back open packages. Don’t waste your money on this product, it is not worth it.

Taking 630 pills for 21 days (30 pills a day) wrecked havoc on my digestive system, I had regular bowel movements at least twice a day before this plan, while on this plan I was lucky to have one, and the one I had was runny and left me with cramps. I followed the plan like clockwork to a T and only lost a total of 5lbs, and increased water bloat which took forever to recide. The only things good about this plan was it helped me increase my daily water intake and it helped me with my conversion to a plant based diet. I suspect it was all of those pills "herbs" that wrecked havoc on my digestive system. Maybe y'all should try a liquid form of herbs instead of pill form.

I just finished my 20 day cleanse. I didn't decide to do the cleanse because of any underlying health issues nor was I trying to lose weight, although I did lose about 5 pounds. I do believe "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." My benefits: I slept better, my stomach and waistline shrank, and my skin has improved. I've always had issues with oily, acne prone skin with scarring. My scars have lightened, I no longer have problems with excessive oily skin and my acne is clearing. Overall my complexion looks so much better! I didn't feel hungry during this cleanse. I had done a liquid cleanse before, that consisted of drinking water, natural fruit and vegetable juices all day for 28 days (nothing solid). I began to feel weak and shaky on that cleanse. Needless to say, I didn't stick with it. With the Full Body Cleanse I drank my fruit and veggie mixed smoothies, snacked on mostly fruit and nuts, and ate salads for lunch and dinner. I'd recommend it!!

I haven't had acne in a really long time, since I started this regimen, I don't feel good and and my face and chest full of acne. And I couldn't drink the charcoal, I guess I will try another method to lose the weight

eating raw for 20 days was the most challenging diet change I’ve ever experienced. I’ve done vegetarian, vegan, and I’m gluten and dairy free for allergy purposes. not cooking food made me so depressed when it was time to eat. I had so much support, read several raw cookbooks and sites and tried a lot of (expensive) recipes. Pills are easy to swallow and I only had a detox flu for 3 days. As a mother and wife, when cooked food was in the house or I made it for my family I would get depressed. The sound of my family eating was irritating and I went to bed early often upset I couldn’t eat the foods that smelt so good. If you do this cleanse, you’ll probably lose weight eating raw. I lost 10 lbs from 150 to 140 with minimal exercise. Good luck to you I doubt I’ll be able to make another commitment like this without a partner or someone else to do with me.

The Dherbs Full Body Cleanse was amazing!. I lost the weight as well as my complexion was clearer, more energy and improved thought processes. I would highly recommend this product.

First, blessings to all who views my experience with using Dherb, one remember this isn’t a pharmaceutical medication, it’s herbs which come from the trees and the earth yes, so pharmaceutical medicine does not cure it only suppress the issues, thou when using what God, planted too heal all illnesses it cures, which means it takes time why because the herbs it self goes to the host roots to destroy where it never come back if you need not want a healthier internal and external results yes, now since I’ve started on Monday, the 2/2020 at night let me share I purchase the supplements and the tea one, made my tea let it seep for 2 minutes, taking 3 capsules within 15 to 20 minutes If felt pulling internal, and external I felt tingling on my face, I look in the mirror to see my cheeks were roses yes energy warm and secreted, listen I tell you the truth Jah, knows it yes, I am saying it works, just in one night I give thanks for Dherbs, God is good just be patience and be still

The combination of natural herbs that make up the Full Body Cleanse are amazing. I resisted doing the cleanse for many months thinking I could not just eat raw foods for 20 days. I was surprised that I was not physically hungry. I had more energy and clarity of mind than I had in more than 30 years. My skin and eyes are bright and healthy. Headaches ceased. I sleep like a baby. Hot flashes became a thing of the past. My heart no longer races when I lay down to bed. In the year and a half I have been using Dherbs products I have not allowed even an aspirin into my body and I feel great. Soon I will celebrate my 55 year and believe my quality of life and health will continue to improve because of the natural God given herbs that make up the Dherbs formulas. I strongly believe these natural herbs can benefit all. These herbs are healing the way nature meant healing to be.

I tried the full body cleanse last summer and I lost at least 12 lb. It's worth it you feel a lot better. I'm going to try it again. There are lot of pills to take but I think it's worth it.

I tried both 10 day and 20 day cleanse and got better results from the 10 day express. I lost 11 lbs in 10 days; did the 20 day cleanse a month later and lost 6 lbs in 20 days. But I went on this cleanse to get back on a healthy eating lifestyle not necessarily to lose weight. The reason I only gave 3 stars is my bowel pattern has been out of wack since completing both cleanses. I only expel pellets and my colon does not completely empty. Plus I’ve noticed extreme shifts is my weight which I’m sure is primarily due to fluid gain. I do not recommend this cleanse because I’m not sure what the herbs are doing to my cardiovascular and GI systems. What I did gain was drinking more water, and eating a plant based diet.

My experience with Dherds Full Body Cleanse has been awesome. I lost 19 pounds. What was great, most of it was in my mid-section. The natural herbs for very friendly to my stomach and release process. I've been introducing this product to my congregation, as we are truly working to get our physical body in total shape. This will be my 3rd purchase of the Weight Release. I came from 175 pounds to a current 135 pounds. I did lose all my clothes but that was my idea to be smaller and toned. This cleanse has been an addiction. Not only do I lose weight but I now boast a beautiful complexion and have found a new love for fruits and vegetables. My skin glows. My doctor wanted to put me on cholesterol medication which I decline. I told her my cholesterol would be down in the next visit. After the cleanse she was shocked as my weight was also a problem. My cholesterol was down from 198 to 110 and weight was down to 130. Since then I have been getting a little greedy and want it all. I have a new weight goal of 120. Having a problem of shaking it so I am once again back to purchase my weight release cleanse.

I just finished the detox. Yes there were a lot of pills to take however I had immediate improvement in the cystic acne on my face. It has been very difficult for me to change my diet, however your site inspires me to make changes and better choices daily.

I completed the FBC in December 2019. I did not know what to expect, so I kept an open mind. Eating totally raw for the entire 20 days was a challenge even with the recipes and I've done cleanses before. You have to truly be prepared..mentally and physically. Does it work....YES!! I did not lose any weight, which I really didn't want to, but I definitely seen a difference in one of my main target areas...my cycle. My main purpose in taking the supplements is for health purposes, so I KNOW my body will adjust accordingly. My next step is The Female Cleanse. If the FBC made an impact then I know TFC will definitely make one. I definitely would not recommend doing it during that time ladies. 😳 But if you are wondering if you should try the cleanse, then I would say yes. Go for it and do the very best you can. Invest in your health, listen to your body and complete the cleanse.

The full body cleanse is amazing...my body needed it and responded so well to it. It cleansed more than i bargained for, and it was worth the 3 weeks it took. The biggest challenge was my mind. You will see immediate changes in your skin, hair, breath and over all body. This isn't just for people trying to loose weight, i'm 122 lbs. but i was very toxic and lethargic after some curve balls life had thrown my way.
