Some of their products are okay, if and when you receive them. But the customer service is terrible. You pay over 7.00 for shipping and they send your package the cheapest route available. The one and only person who works the customer service department has a hard time giving you a refund or shipping your products after its been lost. This is the main reason why I am discontinuing my relationship with this company. The lack of customer service is terrible. Go elsewhere, where you can get a refund or re-shipment without the hassle.

This review is "my" HONEST & personal review of the DHERBS 20 day full body cleanse. I started my DHERBS 20 day full body cleanse on July 1, 2019. Prior to even ordering my supplements I did everything right. Checked with my Doctor, read up on the supplements I would be taking, watched and listened to reviews and most of all PRAYED and tried to have the right mind set. Going into this I was excited, a bit anxious but eager to see what this cleanse would do for me. Here are the PRO'S & CON'S I experienced.
From the time I started the cleanse until the day I finished it I had to consume 600 supplements which breaks down to 30 pills per day for 20 days. This was the most challenging for me. I had to make sure there was always fresh fruit and veggies in the house and wherever I was going, and eating healthier can be a little pricey but doable. The second day of my journey I began to eliminate and needed to stay home, but by the 3rd day my system began to regulate and I could go out and be okay. Eventually my eliminations became regular generally 2 times per day and I was very pleased with that. I didn't experience any significant withdrawals from caffeine or sugar. Throughout my cleanse I did use Pink sea salt on my salads or nuts but in moderation. The first 10 days I adapted very well, by day 15 I was missing simple things like grilled veggies or a piece of baked fish and by day 20 I just wanted it to be done! I woke up early on day 21 and got on my scale. I was so disappointed they do tell you that you can lose 10-30lbs on this cleanse so yes my thinking was as long as I followed it to the t I would come out closer to the higher end...but no didn't happened! When I tell you I followed this program to the t not so much as smelling the food I had to cook for my family. I drank nothing but distilled and alkaline water throughout the day and evening daily. I exercised Monday thru Friday Zumba, Cize etc and I video documented daily. I had lost more weight doing a 10 day smoothie cleanse! I didn't see a loss of inches either. My face was a little slimmer and the texture of my skin a little softer but that's about it. No major Ah-Ha moments. I was even a little angry for depriving myself. What I have learned is that FOR ME deprivation is NOT the answer, extremes don't work well for me. I want to be able to eat what I like and enjoy in moderation and unapologetically. Overall I'm glad I took on this challenge for myself, to prove to myself I could actually do it without giving up when it got hard, and believe me it got hard on a few occasions. I'm hopefull all those supplements (did I mention 600 pills?)!and charcoal did my insides some good. If nothing else it gave my body a well deserved rest, and it gave me clear insight to where I go from here on my journey so for those things I'm truly grateful.

I got instantly suspicious when I went through a questionnaire to target the best products for my particular problem. When I got to the end, they said they would email me the results. Why not give me them there and then. Just a way to get an address so they can send ads.

Hello I purchased the 10 day express full body cleanse and it seems to be a good product so far. I started it on Monday and today is Thursday and both my scales are showing a 4 pound decrease in my weight. I was afraid at first because I thought that I would be confined to my house because of reading some other post thinking I would be in the bathroom but honestly it really didn't do me as I thought. I am not a real vegetable eater but I am doing just green salads and mostly fruit but it seems to be working and I'm not even being hungry throughout the day. I still have 6 more days to go , but like I stated earlier it seems to be a product that I will purchase again and possibly change my eating habits. Well you guys wish me luck as I press on to my 10th day and see my final results! I am truly satisfied thus far!!!

I was taking dherbs Lungs & Respiratory supplements, buy the time I finished the bottle, I have a respiratory tract infection. I never had lung/respiratory problem, I was taking the supplement to keep my organs healthy, did not work.

This is a great product. Overall what I learned was to incorporate more fresh vegetables in my daily intake. I lost 27 pounds on the 21 day cleanse. And yes it's hard at first, but the trick is to prepare your meals in advanced, if you don't you get hungry and start eating bad. After the first 3 days the cravings subside and I was able to really focus on the plan. Don't let the reviews of some people scare you away, it's a lifestyle change. And those saying they lost nothing...that's literally impossible if you follow the diet, it's just simple math. Because when you remove refined sugars and fat, oh yeah your going to drop and drop fast....but if you continue to give in to cravings, you'll have minimal results. They way I look at it, I didn't put this weight on in 21 days so yes it's going to take work to get it off.

Please SAVE YOUR MONEY. I followed the diet to the letter and I took the pills (30 pills a day plus activated charcoal before bed) and I felt the detox working. However, I got extreme pain in my lower back, where my kidney is, and in the back muscles of my legs. I called the number. She told me it was the detox working. I explained that their website said the pain should not last for more than 3 days and I was on day 4. She still read from the paper. Then I explained how painful it was and she said it was not the detox causing the pain so go see my doctor. When I stopped taking the pills the pain went away. First she claimed the pain was my detox working and then when she realized how serious my condition was it was not the detox. Go figure! If you want to do a detox, then do the raw foods diet (fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds) for 20 days. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas and you will detox and lose weight. There may be some good things about dherbs, but the risk is too high. You could permanently ruin something and they have disclaimers all over their website. They take no responsibility for their product which they claim is 100% safe and effective. So if they believe that, then why don't they guarantee it??

I purchased Dherbs with the thought that I would be eliminating at least 3 or 4 times a day to cleanse me. I have not done anymore than what I was accustomed to doing. I am very dissatisfied with the product and have lost a lot of money. I have thrown the product out and would not recommend it to anyone. Before purchasing the kit there was no mention of Return policy, I'm sure the only reason I bought it was because I thought I could return the unused portion. You got my money but I won't allow you to take my friends or loved ones money as you have mine. Eating only raw veggies will cause you to lose weight without spending $120 on capsule. I followed the plan as listed , all I got from it was a headache every day that I took the capsules. Very dissatisfied. Roz in Atlanta

I am on day 15 of my cleanse. At first I was super excited to try it. I felt like my body really needed some healing after all the just I put in. But I am miserable!!!!! I don’t crave sweets like I use to cookies, gummy bears, etc. but lord if I don’t get some fried chicken imma snap! I’m craving chips. Like I could kiss a dorito I would. I was super stressed out over the weekend and I cheated! This vegan spot had cheesesteaks and I caved and I had Mac n cheese. I got soooo freaking sick. I was like that’s what My butt get. It’s hard. I haven’t lost much weight. I’m tired and angry all the time. Maybe they should include mood stabilizers too. One good thing I can say since I’m being negative Nancy is that I’ve found ways to be creative with my food. But now everything is tasting the same! I just wanna grab some chic fil a and call it a day!

It did not work for me. 5 pills, 5 times per day and veggies and fruit Only, was a challenge. But I was determined to make the sacrifice for the cleanse and weight loss..After 10+ days. No success.I stopped. Dissapointed. I spent $120.00 without success. I did follow the diet. Truly. Called.. They were nice, stated there was no guarantee and it works. I was told, so many had great success. Truly happy for them. Sad for me

Yes stay away from this company!! I received 10 day detox package I read directions and decided it was too many pills to take and emailed about a refund I mailed package back. I received an email saying that all bottles were opened (the seal not the foam protection that is on most medication) therefore I can not be issued a refund. I didn't open anything but the booklet to read. I don't know if this is there way of not giving refunds back but I didn't open anything let alone three bottles . I will make it a practice to take pics before and after when dealing with online purchases how do I know it didn't come like this I didn't even take out the box but yet three bottles were opened. I called the female stated she will dispose of the products ($86) I went to pick the box up still have products. It is really sad using tactics like this so you don't have to give refunds..

DHERBS IS TRASH, NEVER USE IT EVER!😤😤This is the worst product you ever want to buy I bought the bowel motion the worst part of it cost me to have health problems I tried to return it they said once you receive it and you open that you can return it ran my blood pressure really how I had a severe nosebleed stay away from this product, bowel motion be aware you won't get any refunds, none whatsoever the only reason I purchased it was because Steve Harvey endorsed it he sucks SUCK IT STEVE! So far, so good, I feel the weight loss, in the mid-section, it has been tough changing an old habit overnight and still expected to cook foods for the family that they enjoy, ...I am on day five, feeling results and seeing it on the scale already... temptation hit me the second day thou, I picked myself up after tasting some food and continued on encourage by my friend "Ain't no Stopping Me Now..I am on the Move". I wanted to say to the young lady, (Nicoletta), I who could not get her order delivered, because of the billing address. I ran into the same issue, not at home to sign. I did get creative with my mail lady. I signed the tag in advance and told her exactly where to leave my package the next day, it worked fine, because at the end of the day if I did not receive it, it was on me and a it could have been a missed opportunity to experience the cleanse. Do not give up!

I wanted to change my eating habits and at the same time lose some weight, Trying the Dherbs 20 day cleanse was really one of the best decisions I have made. 1 lost 18lbs during the 20 days and also started on a new and healthy meal plan. I have also recommended the Dherbs to friends and I am planning on starting a new 20 day cleanse soon. I love it and it has done wonders for me.

So in love with the product.... I started my detox 16 Days ago and I’ve lost 18 pounds so far. With 4 more days to go I’m excited to see how much more I will lose. In the beginning it was very challenging being my eating habits were poor but after the third day my body started to adjust to the herbs and I was going to the bathroom two to three times a day. Most of the weight I lost was in my tummy area,and my face has slimmed up as well. The product is awesome and the company is amazing as well. I had misplaced my Manuel and the sent out a new one the same day.It’s a blessing the product worked & still working and I’ve lost half of the weight I was reaching for and even a bigger blessing they care about their customers and available to assist during the detox process. If you’re serious about getting healthy and losing weight this is definitely a great starting point.

Unfortunately, I attempted to place an order for the 20 day full body cleanse and realized at check out that a signature would be required at delivery. Due to the fact that I work during the day (an hour away) I can not sign for the delivery. I then made the delivery address that of my place of employment. I was then advised that because it was my first order I could not change the delivery address from my billing address. I then called to see what my alternatives were and the representative confirmed those processes without truly attempting to figure out a best solution for me. I've given up with even attempting to order this product due to the overall effort. Back to searching...

I ordered the full body cleanse a week ago and I’m already seeing results. I’m so happy I ordered. Looking forward to healthier days.

Great products! Dherbs I have been doing 10-day full body cleanse I lost 8 pounds I only wanted to lose 10 pounds and I have managed to keep the weight off I feel great and my energy has improved. I plan to do the cleanse every six months.

Dherbs is simply a CLEANSER OF THE BOWELS! A good laxative for a few days will give you the same results. The weight you take off while on this program WILL COME BACK NO MATTER WHAT YOU EAT OR DON'T EAT..

Also, when I asked about a refund if the product did not work I was told there were no refunds ever given once any of the bottles had been opened!!!!!!!

How are you expected to know if the product works if you do not open the bottle????????????????

I wish I had the brains to earn giant funds of money so quickly! OPEN THE BOTTLE? GOT YA! so long money.
