Suspect it's a scam
I ordered from DiadoraPortugal thinking my order would be sent from Portugal or at least the EU. However, my order was taking really long to be updated. After 2 weeks I contacted them and I got an email back, in poor English, that my order may have been lost and that they can issue a 40% refund, since they're "also at a loss". This is unacceptable and I wrote back complaining and all I got was an email saying the same thing. I get a feeling this is a full on scam and now I'm out 70 EUR.

Was under the impression this site was based in Australia. After placing an order for sneakers I received a text message from the fraud department with my bank querying the transaction. I then noticed a conversion rate fee on my credit card statement from $AU to CNY. I emailed to cancel the order which I was advised they would approve and the money would be refunded in several days. It’s been 4 weeks and no money transferred and no reply to my emails. SCAM.

I purchased a court shoe (sneaker)
I purchased a court shoe (sneaker). It was totally worn after 2 1/2 months of wear ( a couple of times a week) and the front sole beginning to tear. I could no longer wear them as I was concerned about slipping while playing pickle ball. I wrote to them, sent photos, waited, explained. Finally got back "normal wear & tear" REALLY one should expect to replace a sneaker every couple of months, the sole should be completely worn out????
Could they MAYBE offered a replacement at half-off???
