total scam, never received my order. They suggested a 40% refund because my package was lost. Almost hilarious I would say.

SCAM ALERT. ORDERED TENNIS SHOES AND THEY SENT A HAT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. ITS BASED IN CHINA .

I ordered from DiadoraPortugal thinking my order would be sent from Portugal or at least the EU. However, my order was taking really long to be updated. After 2 weeks I contacted them and I got an email back, in poor English, that my order may have been lost and that they can issue a 40% refund, since they're "also at a loss". This is unacceptable and I wrote back complaining and all I got was an email saying the same thing. I get a feeling this is a full on scam and now I'm out 70 EUR.

Was under the impression this site was based in Australia. After placing an order for sneakers I received a text message from the fraud department with my bank querying the transaction. I then noticed a conversion rate fee on my credit card statement from $AU to CNY. I emailed to cancel the order which I was advised they would approve and the money would be refunded in several days. It’s been 4 weeks and no money transferred and no reply to my emails. SCAM.

Hi I have been trying to order the diadora n92 size 6 but it won't accept my credit card details

I purchased a court shoe (sneaker). It was totally worn after 2 1/2 months of wear ( a couple of times a week) and the front sole beginning to tear. I could no longer wear them as I was concerned about slipping while playing pickle ball. I wrote to them, sent photos, waited, explained. Finally got back "normal wear & tear" REALLY one should expect to replace a sneaker every couple of months, the sole should be completely worn out????
Could they MAYBE offered a replacement at half-off???

Awful customer service!!! Still waiting for my refund for order BN-DI-000000008643!!! Have been sending e-mails but never got a reply. Called customer service but they were just outright rude, unbelievable!!!!

Bought Diadora sneakers that are very poor quality. Contacted Diadora and they told me I could send pictures. After I did that, I send several emails but never heard anything back.

I purchased a pair of 170 euro tennis trainers just before lockdown and after wearing them for only a couple of months a hole appeared on the sole of one of the trainers. I have sent email after email with photos and still no response.

Great on delivery BUT RETURNS ???
In November I purchased a pair of trainers .found them to be to large unfortunately diadora dont do an exchange. So two weeks after they confirmed they had received them still waiting for refund . They now say 10 more days . Quite simply a joke. shall I reorder !!! No

Love the sweat pants so much I bought 3 more pairs. Good quality and super comfy fit. Order process was easy and shipping was quick.

Diadora doesn't offer free return and/or any exchange service :(
