I ordered the delphi 2022 diagnostic…

I ordered the delphi 2022 diagnostic software, this company made the whole process very easy and explained everything along the way. It's always a bit daunting watching someone else control my pc remotely, but rest assured this is a reputable company and safe to use.

5 star service all the way through

I originally purchased a VCI from this company a couple of years ago and it worked well, recently after being made redundant I decided to set myself up a mobile mechanic and do some remapping for customers. I brought their Panasonic kit with Kess and ktag costing us £500, after less than a week I had made double that amount back.
I have used their online support team a few times and found them to be very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, they even remotely connected to my system and programmed some injectors i was struggling with. 5 star service all the way through

Diagnostic tool.

Purchased their own diagnostic tool of them and it worked perfectly. Instalation was delt with by Tom with amazing service. Probably the best value for money diagnostic tool you can buy, even if you got their tablet package its still cheaper then any other tool that can do diag,coding etc.

Aready got OPCOM of them and thats been spot on.

Purchased the DS150 arrived the next day. I was struggling with the set up and they managed to sorted remotely and updated ready for use, tested and working. Easy to contact and fast responses. Thank you.

Bought 1 ds150 off them



Bought a set up with tablet and full kit. Slow from get go. N no support. Abusive messages off them and no help at all. Asked to return it under the sadfart act and they ended the chat. Always slow system. And really poor service. If you raise a problem they say your being abusive to them which in messages i havent been

Update. I have now been blackmailed by diagnostics central to pay 5000 or face court action because i left an honest review. They are happy to take your money. Untill something goes wrong they then get abusive and unhelpful.

Defamation they say but its an honest review with chats to prove

Mr. Haig, it appears that your comprehension of the situation at hand is lacking. I have reviewed all of your communications with our support team and am prepared to provide a certified copy upon request.

Firstly, your review omits a critical detail: the failure of your VCI was attributable to damage you inflicted and substandard repairs performed after two years of use. In your initial message, you stated, "I bought a DS150 from you less than two years ago. It worked fine. The other day it indicated that an update was available, so I updated it, and now it won't recognize vehicles. Additionally, no vehicles made after 2015 are listed, and I had a new chip installed in my Delphi reader because it was damaged following the update."

The facts indicate that you purchased the device just over three years ago, took it upon yourself to install a software update against our advisement, and subsequently permitted a third party to replace the chip rather than returning it to us for professional repair. This led to abusive behavior directed at two members of our support team, resulting in the termination of the session in accordance with company policy regarding client conduct.

Weeks later, you reengaged with our support team, again resorting to abusive language when a manager corrected your misstatements and informed you that your complimentary support contract had been revoked due to your continued inappropriate behavior. Most recently, you contacted the support team regarding another item purchased a year prior, seeking a refund. Upon being informed that you were beyond the return period and that support could not be provided due to the cancellation of your free support contract, you once more resorted to abusive language, leading the agent to close the session.

As previously mentioned, I am willing to share the complete transcript of your interactions with any interested parties, with appropriate redaction of personal information to adhere to GDPR regulations.

I would no advise anyone to buy from diagnostics central fake inadequate costumer’s service aggressively wrote messages no better and the fire stick man avoid at all cost no you sell fake copies of vcds ask rosstech the owner you are the same as a fire sticks man yes diagnostic central scammers

misled on upgrade

had a upgrade by them and now nothing works on diagnostic machine had them check that the upgrade would work on the machine i bought from them was told it would paid for upgrade and they done install by remote they said all done a nd it look like it all worked
next day tried dpf regen and did not work tried on different cars and didnot work got back intouch told i didn't know how to use the machine read the manual
after several contacts a advisor tried for near 2hrs to get it to work and could not advisor me that i need a new vci costing £99 i am sorry i had the upgrade
i would never recomend these to anyone

update
i have now been told they make 3.5 million a year and there solicitors will laugh me out of court
and as for customer care they don't care as long as they got your money
i have to go and purchase a new diagnostic machine

Vcds cablr

Bought a VCDS cable for a fraction of the usual cost & worked perfectly. Cleared airbag light & reset service interval on 2 Audis, top quality product 👌🏻

Got a diagnostics set up off them . I struggled to put it on my computer contacted them & someone installed it remotely. Job done . Had a problem a few months later contacted them & sorted out within the hour . Can’t get better than that . Thanks

Won’t issue a refund under any circumstances

Software was ordered to be installed onto a laptop that does not have internet access.
Needed the actual software.
After ordering i found it needed to be installed remotely, which wouldn’t work due to the laptop not having access to the internet.
Immediately asked for a refund.
Was told it wasn’t their department.
Was not advised to contact anyone else.
Found the refund request link on their website.
Have asked for a refund again but am being given the run around with specific wording being used to suggest i said one thing and not something else.

Will not give a refund.

Even now, i am happy to receive the software so i can transfer it over and install it, or issue a refund.

They are not willing to do either but instead are still arguing.

When you spoke with the support team you first said “If you can do this now, fabulous, if not the. Can i please have a refund and i’ll organise something else” you then followed by saying “The car in question needs to be scanned, parts bought fitted and repaired by tomorrow.
6pm tomorrow is not going to work at all” Neither of those messages indicate a lack of internet on the laptop.
You were offered to be put on the standby list which means it would of been installed yesterday, but you ignored the agents messages.
The listing clearly states the software is installed and registered remotely by us as it also states “We can not issue refunds for none compatible systems or any other reasons.” Both of which are highlighted in BOLD text.
