been with dial a tv for nearlly a year now, never had any problems with them and ive recently added on to my purchase,would highly recommend there service very happy customer

you get told two different story's I have a dryer with them and I got told after 17 weeks i can get something else out they didn't say if I miss one payment I have to start the 17 weeks again
But spoke to an manager and the issues was solved

Only been with dial-a-tv a few weeks,but i'm really happy with their service so far,everythings been done the they said it would and the prices are what i was told they would be,nothing extra has been taken out of my bank like some of these reviews have said and service has been quick easy and of good standard,so i dont understand the negative reviews,my experience differs entirely.really quick and easy process online and got a friendly call back with a delivery date,delivery guys were genuine and friendly.

Haven’t a negative word to say these guys were out with in 7 day with my tv that I needed so I thank them very well managed

So far we have had a very friendly service. The item we have is a refurbished washing machine which has not missed a beat and looks brand new.

The team at dial a tv are great really helpful but it was just the driver that put cooker in was not very friendly and when he installed the cooker he bord the heads of the screws wires was lose and it could of started arcing (fire)
