Excellent service from Stuti when we were picking an engagement ring. Gave us great recommendations and kept us updated on the status of our order

We have been to Diamond Quarter and specifically Stuti a couple of times for bespoke pieces. We had an idea based on a Boodles necklace and we have been to just pick up the piece. It’s outstanding and Stuti ensured all the way through the process that we get the item as near as possible to our idea. We are over the moon with the service and the quality of the piece.

Excellent service by Tearnah

We went to see Tearnah at the Diamond Quarter to get my fiancée’s wedding band, and honestly, the whole experience was brilliant. We showed her a picture of what we were thinking, and she totally brought it to life — the final ring looks amazing, even better than we expected. We’re both super happy with how it turned out.

Tearnah was really easy to chat to and made the whole process simple and relaxed. She kept us updated every step of the way and explained everything clearly, which made it all feel really straightforward. She was also really helpful and patient, making sure we were happy with each part of the process.

One thing we really appreciated was how easy she was to get hold of — being able to message her on WhatsApp whenever we had questions made everything so much easier and less stressful.

Overall, we couldn’t recommend her enough. She was professional but also really friendly and down to earth, which made the experience feel personal rather than just another sale. I’ll definitely be going back to get my own wedding band sorted soon — and I’ll be asking for Tearnah again for sure.

My future son in law asked me to help him choose an engagement ring for my daughter. He planned to surprise her with the proposal and ring while on holiday a few months later.
In doing my secret research I found DQ Birmingham and rang the store a couple of times before we made an appointment to visit. Each time I rang I spoke to Shane, he was so nice and I felt comfortable that he would help us get the perfect ring. And that is just what he did!
We ordered a bespoke solitaire diamond ring, and Shane was wonderful throughout the whole process. His knowledge, advice and communication all absolutely excellent.
I made an album for my daughter of photos taken at our visits, and he’s in the album!!
Shane sent me a WhatsApp message I read on my return home after we’d picked up the ring a few weeks before the proposal. Here’s an excerpt from my reply…..
“I’m so glad we came to you. It’s been an absolute pleasure and thank you for being so patient with me. You’ve been so kind and understanding, and you have personally added to the special experience of me being included in such an important purchase”
The proposal was a great success, and my daughter said about her ring “It’s Perfect!!”
In buying from DQ, my daughter’s got the most beautiful, sparkling diamond engagement ring, that would have been well over budget from a high street jeweller.
We have lovely memories of the whole DQ experience, and my daughter has a bigger and better natural diamond than she ever imagined.

We are creating a gift for our daughter’s 21st birthday and visited the diamond quarter. Immediately Tearnah started to help us and let’s say understood the assignment perfectly. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

The ring she sourced from around the UK with the diamond and made it all come together beautifully which my other half loved! She even messaged out of hours and kept us up to date with everything from the design to the price with full transparency and no hidden agendas or costs.

I would appreciate if management could give her the bonus for this upcoming year or give her a promotion as I believe she is an asset to selling diamonds for this business. She understands customer relations, satisfaction and the passion that goes behind B2C sales.

Fantastic service provided by Josh at the Diamond Quarter. Josh helped me with deciding my wedding ring and went through the different styles and shapes in real detail. He gave an honest opinion which showed the customer does come first! Prices were also very competitive to add to the already excellent service! Highly recommend!

From the moment we entered we felt welcomed by friendly and professional staff. All of which were very helpful and a great support with our customer designed bands. They made great suggestions and advice on the style and material of the custom rings, other stores had failed to mention. The ladies at Diamond Quarter are so lovely and helpful. They are not pushy in the slightest and are only interested in helping you find what you are looking for. They have an absolutely beautiful selection of jewellery - especially their engagement and wedding bands. I also had a fantastic experience using their bespoke service which was very streamlined and I got multiple opportunities to make changes and finalise my dream ring. The shop is beautiful, very clean, classy and professional which really stands out from the other shops in the jewellery quarter.

I firstly was told of this by a friend who also bought his engagement ring from here.

I travelled from south of London bypassing Hatton Garden to reach the Jewellery quarter in Birmingham because of these recommendations.

I have to say that they did not disappoint. I can only describe it as outstanding service from a number of the colleagues, but mostly from Lina, who really did make sure I received the 5 star quality they uphold and rightly so.

I spent a lot of time in there designing the perfect engagement ring and then finally purchasing it. It was delivered to me within one week which was impressive. I was supposed to hold it until Xmas but I could not resist as I was taken back when I first opened it. It really took my breath away, the craftsmanship, the presentation and the sparkles over took logical reasoning and I proposed 3 days later!! She said yes.

We both then arranged another booking for wedding bands which was again a successful trip and we came away with everything that we asked for.

To conclude all our needs and desires were catered for. Lina and her staff really listened and helped with a very important decision that we all made together.

We are extremely happy with what we have and we will in turn recommend you all very highly.

Right from the initial online communication, Lina at Diamond Quarter was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and it was clear to see passionate about helping me with my purchase of a surprise engagement ring.
One of four Jewellery Quarter stores I was in contact with, Diamond Quarter was the most honest and upfront and right from the outset they gave me confidence in their product and service.
Upon my visit to store, I specifically visited DQ as the last of the same 4 and sure enough, Lina's service, helpfulness and product range stood out, leading to me placing my order for a bespoke ring that same day.
It is also definitely worthy of note that their prices were very competitive. Personally I found that right from the outset they offered their very best price (easily comparable with the best of the alternatives), and there was no need to haggle any further.
The after sales service is great with free resizing available if necessary, and I will be heading direct to Lina and DQ when it is time for us to choose wedding bands.

Attempting to find the perfect diamond engagement ring is daunting for a guy to say the least. I stumbled across DQ whilst window shopping. All the staff, but particularly Matthew were so friendly and helpful. The ring I wanted was quite unique and so ended up having a bespoke ring designed and made. Matthew was there with advice and to support every step of the way, and I was an ANNOYING customer as I just wanted it absolutely perfect. The end product far exceeded my expectations and my fiancée was absolutely delighted!

Even the after care service is impressive, the ring was slightly too big and so popped in for a re-size and clean with no hassle at all.

I know where I'll be going when it comes to shopping for our wedding bands!!
