Beautiful ring
Beautiful ring, arrived quicker than I expected it to arrive. The ring was the wrong size (my fault) but was resized free of charge. There was an issue with the ring when it was returned but that issue was quickly rectified by Diamondere!
All contact with the team was very professional and couldn't be happier with the ring!

First time to order jewelry online and I was extremely happy with my jewelry but unfortunately I needed to return it :( Diana and Diamondere customer service team helped me through it. Amazing customer service. If I will buy jewelry again absolutely I use Diamondere again!! Not only customer service is unbelievable but shipping and quality of the jewelry was great too. Diamondere's great but............
I love Diamondere's customizable approach to jewelry. They didn't earn five stars because I paid extra for a particular delivery date, which they did not make. They did refund the rush charge, but that doesn't help when I needed it on a certain date and had ordered with an appropriate amount of time.
