The ring is beautiful! Loved the updated communication along the way and delivery was very quick! I will be ordering again in the near future.

I am very disappointed with Diamondere. The ring i purchased was appraised at $3,000.00 less then i paid. So, i took it to a 2nd appraiser and was told the same thing. I bought all natural stones. The center was supposed to be 2 caret Sapphire with a AAAA quality rating. What I received was a low-quality stone that was Heat treated to increase the sparkle and shine but by treating it the value was lowered. She still thinks it beautiful and loves her ring/ But if being scammed is how they do business it will be my last purchase with them. And i will do what i can to tell others my story.

They were able to customize a wedding ring, and use alexandrite instead of the listed stone options. My fiancé LOVES his ring. They responded to my custom inquiry so fast, and when the ring finally shipped, they did overnight shipping! It was very secure, and easy! I appreciated that I had to show my ID and sign to accept the package. Overall, this experience blew my expectations out of the water!

Five stars isn't enough. The Heirloom Ceylon Sapphires chosen for my earrings are stunning. The customer service was amazing from beginning to end. You're not only paying for beautiful jewelry, but the assurance that you will be happy with it. As a customer, it is comforting to know that you won't get stuck with something that you won't absolutely love, as the customer service team makes sure you are getting what you paid for. Because of these reasons, I wouldn't consider looking anywhere else in the future for the finest and most beautiful jewelry.

I loved building/designing my own ring through the website, along with the assistance of Cherie. The final product was a Stunning 1.6ct(bigger than I paid for) natural Sapphire custom mens ring with Blue Diamond accents. Absolutely Beautiful! Already ordered a Sapphire earring to pair with. All around solid experience with great customer service.

From the first call to express i loved their rings but couldn't quite find what i was looking for to the day I got my custom rings, the process was smooth and the customer service was super informative. They worked with me beautifully and came out with exactly what I wanted.

The ring was beautiful it was just the wrong size. I put in his normal ring size but it was too tight and it just ruined the surprise. He loved the way it looked and wanted to wear it on Sunday. I want to send it back and get one in a higher size

I selected a Cullen style Sapphire ring with VVS accent diamonds. I chose this style because of it's elegant simplicity. Also considered were the Ruby and Emerald versions, but since Sapphire is my birthstone ...
I was both surprised and amazed at the quality of the cut of the accent diamonds. They have a brilliance and fire that was completely unexpected (and greatly appreciated).
