We went to diamond furniture today , travelled up from clare . Michael was helping us and we had a great experience . Bought our sofa and dining table 💛

So frustrating, waiting for my order ie dining and coffee table to deliver since 12 January . I have invited guests for house warming party plus we have EID festival as well
Since placing this order, I have experienced:
• Multiple rescheduled delivery dates with no satisfactory explanation
• Numerous calls and emails with no resolution
• A vague explanation citing shipping delays due to the Middle East conflict
While I understand that global events can affect supply chains, this does not excuse the repeated failure to provide a firm delivery date, proactive communication, or any form of compensation for the extended inconvenience. The conflict you reference is not a new or sudden development — it should have been factored into your planning and customer commitments.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authority and pursue a formal dispute.
I expect this to be treated with urgency

Hi I am nearly 40 and have waited 14 years for a home and work hard for it. I picked the sofa I bought a few months ago and still love it. Your staff particularly Dylan today were so helpful non pushy as regards sales and he knew your products and knew I was nervous and emotional weirdly because this is my first time doing all this. Your shop has so far made my experience homely, friendly, professional and personal. Cant wait for delivery and i have no doubt that service will be equally amazing. Thank you for being my first couch sales ppl haha. Made my experience less anxious and enjoyable and the couch is unreal 😍

Mike looked after us very well. We had been in the warehouse but everything had sold out. the main shop was very busy but Mike made time for us, answered all our questions and found us a pair of really nice sofas. He did a great job.

Furniture good choice. Derverla was nice to purchase my sofa with .
The cup tea was a lovley gesture as I had long drive from Waterford.

Received such great customer service over the phone with Diamond furniture. They were so helpful and prompt. Especially Eve who was really helpful.

Great experience at the warehouse sale. I was one of the first in line and getting there early was so worth it to get the bed and dining table I was looking for at a great price. The company provided water, snacks and toilet facilities which was very welcome during the wait. And the bargains were worth the wait. Really well organised and great prices

We were greeted by very helpful staff and offered coffee which we really enjoyed. We ended up buying a table and bedroom lockers. Well worth the journey from Limerick.
