Diamond Jewelry United Reviews

Great product at a great price and fantastic service. Bought 2 pairs of earrings to decide which I preferred and they organised the return for me no problem. Highly recommend.

First of all, I absolutely love the engagement ring my partner purchased from here.
After losing one of the side stones, I contacted them via WhatsApp and they were so quick to respond and resolve the issues, that in a week, I had my ring fixed.
Extremely good service!

Very good, responsive customer support. Helped me with the customs. Thank you!

My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring from you. We are so happy with both of them. From customer service to quality of jewellery to value for money we could not fault you. Highly recommended you and will definitely use you again

First time buying expensive jewellery online.. but this company delivered exactly what it showed online… utterly gorgeous products and extremely professional packaging and delivery service.

No issues with the transaction from start to finish and the wife is happy. Great service.

Fantastic service, so easy to buy and delivery was right as scheduled. So happy with my earrings, they look fabulous.

Best ever! I found it perfect store on earth, where I buy my jewellery.

Diamonds have perfect size, price and value for me and I just don’t understand, why I found this company first now and not many years ago, when they started.

Service is exceptional and very friendly and professional staff. They will answer all your questions lightning fast. And they have only ONE DAY delivery abroad.

Romina made my entire experience extraordinary! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and extremely patient. I struggle to find the words to express how pleased I am. They have earned a customer for life!!

I hate online shopping, and was very sceptical about buying jewellery especially. The customer service this company offer, in reassurance and also advice in selecting the right piece of jewellery, is second to none. The WhatsApp service they offer is truly fantastic. I had such a smooth experience, and because of this will definitely be using this company again. The item arrived next day before 1pm as promised. Superb company!

From the ease of use of their website, including a vast array of choice! To the fast delivery time, the beautiful packaging and the perfect words of reassurance on the enclosure slip, which I read before I’d unpackaged my purchase.
It was all perfect and couldn’t be better received!

I bought Diamond earrings, always a worry buying online. Arrived quickly, really pleased with Quality. Arrived with documentation, in lovely presentation box.
Value for money. I would definitely buy from this company again

Really easy and friendly to deal with, they answered all of my questions and sent more photos to me on WhatsApp as I was slightly nervous to buy something of value online. I needn’t have worried as the item I bought was fabulous and I was extremely pleased.
