Lisa M at the woodlands diamonds direct was wonderful to work with. She helped teach us the different diamond shapes, cuts, sizes, and clarity and then narrow down ring choices. We didn’t feel rushed or anything, it felt natural and we were able to customize a one of a kind ring and make a dream come true. Great communication and experience.

This experience was good and straightforward. The employee respected the boundaries set and worked to get the most out of the budget.

I went into the store with my daughter to look for an engagement ring. We were greeted by a wonderful young woman who identified herself as the office manager, she explained the sales associates where all busy but she was happy to show us any rings we wanted, my daughter was happily trying rings with her best friend helping, we hade it 3/4 of the way around the case trying rings. We were then introduced to a young man Shyhiem and said he would be helping us the rest of the way. The moment he opened his mouth you could here his condescending tone speaking to my daughter, he asked her what she was looking for we currently had a variety of rings the tray 7-8, he began by scooping everything except the two that broadly met what she was describing. She was asking about shapes and mentioned "moval" which he promptly said isn't a thing and began talking about the internet making things that aren't so. She asked about a step cut or faceted cut that was promptly shut down by why she should want that, he also talked about chocolate diamonds and how their quality was crap and began showing her cuts of diamonds, as she was asking about something else. The misogyny was thick with this young man down to his facial expressions when she was trying to ask questions. Point is there is a way to explain your position without totally offending the WOMAN who is picking her engagement ring without making them feel some kind of way. The store was beautiful and had great pieces which I am positive my daughter would have purchased. Train the gentlemen of the store how to respect woman and speak appropriately. We went to a small local jeweler right down the road spent and hour talking with the owner and she got the perfect custom ring of her dreams!

I was just in the store yesterday to get my ring cleaned and appraised and DESTINY ANDREWS was so kind and helpful, and she was so sweet to my niece who came with me. We were in and out in less than half an hour and loved the service! Diamonds Direct has always been great to me.

Cindy Parker was a huge help getting the engagement ring and wedding band! She helped me pick everything out and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted!! My fiancee loved her ring and Cindy absolutely helped me so much with figuring everything out!! It was a huge help and diamond’s direct has amazing online shopping experience! The price was fantastic and the quality is second to none!! I had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of a diamond ring!!

Diamonds Direct has always had such an incredible selection of jewelry and diamonds, every time I’ve gone there. But, even outside and above that, sincerely, it means so much to me to receive the extraordinary level of customer service that Cindy at Diamonds Direct has consistently provided me. Top notch doesn’t even come close to describing it. She is so awesome and I wish there was more customer service like this in other businesses. It seems to me like it’s very rare these days.

Can not speak highly enough of my recent experience with DD. Excellent selection online but what made it the best experience was the interactions I had with their team. Cindy out of their Raleigh office was beyond helpful and I could tell she was genuinely excited about my engagement. She made the whole process that much more meaningful. Diamond arrived in a beautiful and discrete package. JFYI, it does not have any Diamonds Direct labeling on package so my soon to be finance had no clue when the FedEx arrived. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing from them
