Dropped of for resizing

On the 30th of september i dropped a ring that i recieved 4 days before to be resized. Everything went smoothly, i booked an appointment at their office in Brussels and the lady was very professional, inspected the ring and said that it should take 2 weeks to resize and that it will be returned at the same office and she will let me know when it will be available for collection.

Up until now i have recieved 0 updates on the status of the ring, i tried to contact the office by phone number, website live chat and the lady's email. No answer...

Order number was BE-36622 , in case they see this review.

Very disappointed, and it ruined the plans of proposing to my girlfriend
