We had a lovely experience shopping for my engagement ring with Harman and collecting the ring with Abdur. They were knowledgeable about the differences in lab-grown diamonds, attentive to our style preferences, and patiently helped me choose from multiple options.

We appreciate that both Harman and Abdur were never pushy and were consultants that I could ask for advice on what ring best suits my personality, skin tone, and style.

We are very happy that we found our perfect lab-grown diamond engagement ring here. Even though we selected the best cut, clarity, color D, and platinum band with side stones, the ring at Diamonds Factory was more affordable than similar designs at other shops we visited. We received updates throughout the process, and the ring was delivered on time within a month.

Can't fault them. I emailed beforehand because the website product page showed pictures of the items I wanted, but the details and description did not match. The got back to me quickly confirming correct items and corrected the details on their website. I ordered them ... It said they would take 2-4 weeks to be made and delivered (all good, the occasion was a month away) and better still arrived with no delivery issues after 2 weeks! The certificates and valuation arrived by email and I received elegantly packaged small matched .2ct AAAA sapphires set in 3 prong 18ct white gold settings with secure screw on backs. My only (small) gripes 1. They did not offer IGI or GIA (independent) certification for these items. 2. The silly amount of marketing emails purporting to be 'order related communications' (that I did not ask for). Other than that all good.

We visited the shop on King Street in Manchester and it was a great experience. The person who served us (apologies as I have misplaced your name!) was so friendly and helpful and helped me to pick out the perfect ring to match my unusual antique engagement ring.

The whole experience was exactly what you want when spending a lot of money on something, but having said that - the prices are very good!

The company delivered the articles too late for my wife's birthday, despite there claim onsite that delivery will be 2 - 4 weeks. I have no issues with the items.

The customer service was excellent. Jasmine was very helpful made it easy to pick the right ring.

Harman is an expert and really went all the way to understand what my fiance was looking for. Very professional and good experience from her would recommend her to anyone who visits!

I placed an order 10 days ago and I've been trying to contact you for 10 days: email, live chat (which should be 24h/24), phone number, social network, no answer. I wanted to find a way to anticipate the delivery of my engagement ring but even though I paid right away, I'm still waiting for the order to be confirmed

Brilliant company and service they have provided. They made a piece of art and delivered it as promissed before required date. Also I was very surprised and happy to see that for some jewlerry you can not only choose a size of the ring and type of gold but also thickness/wideness of the ring.

The ring itself was beautiful and the quality looked excellent. The diamonds were stunning and it certainly sparkled.

Unfortunately, after wearing it for a while I just couldn’t get comfortable with a full eternity design. It felt bulkier than I expected and I became increasingly aware of the diamonds all the way around my finger. I found myself constantly adjusting it, and despite really wanting to love it, I never felt completely comfortable wearing it.

This wasn’t a fault with the ring itself, just a personal preference. In the end I decided to return it because I wanted something I’d genuinely enjoy wearing every day rather than trying to convince myself it was right for me.

The return process was straightforward, and I’d still recommend the company. I’ve realised a half eternity ring is probably a much better fit for me. I will definitely be purchasing again.
