Whilst not the only lower-priced jewellery retailer and manufacturer, I found to be very good value for similar precious metal and genuine lab-created diamond jewellery* (as opposed to the many 'manufactured diamond-like gems' promotions online) - especially if compared to high-street jewellers.

Good communication, shipping/packaging and I was happy with the final product.

(*There is a caveat of course - I've not had the jewellery independently verified and so have to put trust in the supplier and certification provided, that the gems are indeed of the size and quality/grade described, and the ring is 100% platinum... but have no reason at present to doubt they are not)

Collected our rings.

We had 2 wedding rings made to order , there were some slight changes from the original order but the communication was very poor throughout the whole process, on the day of picking them up we still didn’t know if we were going to get what we ordered, I would not use them again.

Item arrived sooner than expected. We were emailed with up to date progress. It was beautifully presented with gift bag included. Excellent service and delighted with the item purchased.

Diamond necklace arrived all tangled and falling out of box. Very poor quality for the price of the jewellery. Would recommend buying elsewhere.

Very happy with ring I purchased but disappointed as contacted them to ask about a wedding ring that would fit round it and I got nothing. Shame they missed out on another sale

There is a lot of choice showing products in every category. I liked being able to fine tune the stone(s) to my preference and to see how much difference in cost each tweak made.
Having chosen my piece it was very straightforward to order and pay. Email updates were sent as it was made and delivery was secure.

I have bought three rings now. Each time plenty of info given (time/delivery etc) as to what was happening. Each ring has all the details sent to you regarding size, type, colour etc, also a separate valuation certificate for that at the time. Overall a great company with a vast collection virtually all fully customisable. Highly recommend.

Great service and love the ring

The whole process was really easy, enjoyable and the team were really friendly.

I had an online consultation which was super informative with loads of different options for engagement ring style and stone placements.

The payment process was great too, with a deposit to hold the ring until it was ready to be collected, and paying the rest on the day of collection.

On the day of collection, the team were really lovely and attentive, offering kind words of support and genuine joy for the product.
