Unjustified €50 surcharge – AVOID this service.

My flight arrived at 21:30 and I reached the meeting point before 22:30. Their own terms clearly state that the night surcharge only applies from 23:00 to 06:00.

Despite this, the staff refused to hand over my car unless I paid €50 on the spot. I asked to have an invoice sent by e-mail. The driver refused to return my keys unless paid on spot. I asked for my keys and he ran away with the car key, leaving me outside the airport with pregnant wife, kids waiting at home and an open car full of luggage. This caused delays and additional parking costs (€8.50) and high levels of stress.

This is not acceptable and does not reflect fair business practices. I have formally requested a refund. Be careful when using this company. I don't recommend!!!

When I booked the service, I was told it would take 30 minutes to receive my vehicle after landing. I called at 45 minutes asking about my vehicle.It took another 30 minutes and they told me it was my fault for calling before my bags were at the carousel. I had no checked luggage. They then hung up on me. And I waited. And waited. 67 minutes total. And to top it off, 7 euros was stolen from my coin purse. I always photograph all the contents of my car.

Valet service was late over 20 minutes to pick up my car even though I was on time due to what they said was a late previous customer. They then sat there for another 10 minutes without communicating that they were there to pick up my car. This almost made me miss my flight. When I returned from my trip they were also almost an hour late after the scheduled time to bring my car to me. Highly highly do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional.
