I will NEVER, EVER use Diaz N Sons again.

I will NEVER, EVER use this service again. Very unprofessional.

Initial request: fix icemaker (repairmen didn't know what he was doing, and the boss arrived). Asked the boss if he was going to fix the cover above our water dispenser (my wife had added it on with photos and he said, "No one told me about it.")

April to July: several requests for follow-up. Several excuses.

Finally, I ordered the part myself (they kept saying it was on backorder). I got it in one week.
