Good product, good service

Good, product and good price. Bit of an issue with an item missing from the (Bosch) packaging, but resolved by Bhupendra straight away. Its how you fix other peoples errors that shows how good you really as a retailer.

WASTE OF TIME, THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS

Ordered a Saw Stand on-line on Wednesday Late Afternoon for delivery on Friday, paid by PayPal. I phoned and emailed Dibranto on Wednesday Night to make sure my ordered was definitely being dispatched on Thursday as I required it for the weekend, I was assured that my ordered would be dispatch for delivery on Friday.

I phoned and emailed again on Thursday as I hadn't received any dispatch details only to be told that it wouldn't be dispatched on Thursday and blamed it on Amazon, apparently they sell the same item on Amazon under a different name (IdeaBright).

They then called me back to say that it was actually a problem with their computer system and that my order would be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday. I contacted them again on Friday only to be told that the Stand I had ordered was the last one and that the condition was NOT good and therefore they would not sent it, I was informed that I would receive a full refund that day plus they would take the item from their site as it was still showing as being 'In Stock'.

Lo and behold, I never received my refund and the item is still showing as being 'In Stock', I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back.

When you phone customer service don't expect much, their English is quite poor and they just make up excuses and promises. I thought it would be better by email, but again, their written English is just as poor and they make up different excuses and promises.

This was my first order with Dibranto, it will also be my last.

I wish I had read previous reviews before I ordered, they take your money and you've got to fight to get it back.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

UPDATE: They called me on Saturday morning to say that my refund will now be processed on Monday, apparently a problem with their IT Department now. Excuse after Excuse after Excuse.

UPDATE: Monday has come and gone, still no refund and they haven't even responded to my PayPal dispute. The item is still showing 'In Stock' on their website. Liars, Liars, Liars.

UPDATE: Wednesday now and still no refund nor further communication, surprise, surprise. I have had to escalate the claim with PayPal which can take up to 10 days and the item is still showing 'In Stock' on their website.

UPDATE: Refund now received but ONLY after I escalated the claim via PayPal. They had the cheek to email me to say that they didn't have stock because of a delay with their supplier, does this company take no responsibility for their actions, always blaming someone else. Anyhoo, they don't have stock yet it's STILL advertised as being 'In Stock' on their website.

Festool 496824 - MFT/3-TP 2000 LA

I order the Festool MFT/3 rails from Dibranto for delivery to Plano, Texas (U.S.A). Bhupendra provided awesome customer service and helped me enter the order in the Dibranto system for delivery to the U.S.A. Additionally, Bhupendra was very responsive to my queries on the status of the product from the U.K. to my home. These specialized rails from Festool will allow me to build a customer 2 meter x 1 meter MFT/3 tay ble. The rails, which are 2 meters long each, were delivered in good condition with only very slight damage to the end of the rail due to poor packaging from Festool. Overall, I think I will only lose about 5 mm when I trim the rails to remove the minor damage.

Thank you Dibranto and Bhupendra for your awesome customer service!

Liars!

Dibranto's prices look attractive but as many others have found, they don't have items that their website claims are currently in stock.

I attempted to order something as a Christmas present and my order went through, money came out, happy days, or so I thought.

Days later I received an email that didn't seem to make much sense but seemed to make me think the item would be late. It had do not reply at the top so I didn't, I contacted Dibranto after a week or so asking if the item had been sent. They replied that I didn't reply to their previous email, it said DO NOT REPLY, that bit made sense.

I emailed again and was told there was a problem with my card and asked for a picture of it. I said no, they said they wouldn't release the item until I sent a picture of my Visa card. I then asked for a refund and was told the same thing, no refund until a picture of the card is sent.

I asked the bank what to do and they said they were happy to get involved. I mentioned that to Dibranto, they seemed happy to offer a refund after mentioning this and even called me Sir.

Later they admitted they had no stock, thanks for ruining Christmas Dibranto, I'm using D&M from now on.

**WARNING** Not A Company To Trust

I believe that since writing my review, this company has gone bust, unsurprisingly!

Ordered a Festool power hub shown as "in stock" and paid for next day delivery. Goods never arrived and I had a nightmare time trying to get information or a firm delivery date. They started by ignoring my emails to customer services then made several empty and broken promises. None of staff native English speakers so also hard to understand them at times. Finally I gave up and requested a refund eight days after delivery supposed to take place. Refund request ignored until I made an official complaint to my payment company. I was then telephoned by Dibranto who - incredibly - tried to extort positive feedback from me telling me "you need to leave us positive feedback because a refund has been authorised" The strong implication was that I won't see my money again unless I give good feedback. BIG MISTAKE Dibranto!!!

I strongly suggest you avoid this company at all costs, and I'm truly shocked that Festool (a quality company) made them a dealer. Feedback manipulation is a serious issue, not to mention the shocking practices of listing non existent goods, ignoring customers, issuing endless excuses and trying to hold onto customers funds.

I will be forwarding all this to Festool UK and also Trading Standards. In the meantime, be very wary of ANY positive feedback you see for Dibranto - I question whether it's genuine, fake or extorted!

Milwaukee Drill Driver

After a minor issue with delivery, Dibranto's customer service were extremely quick to respond. The issue was resolved within a couple of days. The Milwaukee drill that I purchased could not be found cheaper anywhere else on the internet.

Poor service

I recently purchased some items from debranto which claims my items were in stock and ready for next day delivery.
Two weeks layer I get notified that my orderd isnt in stock and that they will contact there suppliers.
A week later I get courious about the items I have orderd so I phoned them again.
They responded we havent been able to complete you order as 1 of the items isnt in stock and on the website it claims that its (In Stock).
So after 3 weeks I finally get told that 1 of my items has been dispatched withous the other and that I would be getting a refund.
So overall I am very dissapointed with the service dibranto has providded and at this stage i wont be promoting it to my work partners.
I have spoken to Bhupendra.Kori Regarding this matter.

Tool shop

I had done my homework as I needed a new circular saw and wanted a metabo fs 55, and purchased from Dibanto who listed the saw at a competitive price. After ordering the saw I purchased 2 blades 1 to be used for cutting laminate panels. The saw would have been used with a metabo guide rail.

Dibanto contacted me the following day to say they were out of stock and would immediately refund my money.

I have given them 4 stars for customer service 1 deducted for still having an out of stock item on their website.

Hitachi Impact Driver

I had some problems with my order regarding delivery and payment but it was resolved after phoning customer services. I had to contact them twice but the second time they were excellent providing next day delivery and they contacted me several times to ensure that I had received my item and that I was happy that everything was as ordered. Things go wrong sometimes, what is important is how they respond and resolve the issues. For this reason I would purchase from Dibranto again.

Wagner projectpro 117 problem.

In the first place the price for the spray equipment from Debranto was very competitive, the ordering process simple, and delivery was quick.
After a short while using the spray equipment I had a problem i couldn't resolve. I contacted Wager directly for help, in the end they determined the unit might be faulty. Wagner advised me to contact the company I bought the unit from.
Dibranto willingly and promptly, and no cost to me, arranged for my unit to the collected and replaced with a new one.
The new unit arrived a few days later and all is well again.
My experience with Debranto would give me every confidence to use them again and I would happily recommend them to others.

Got it at the lowest price. Best place to Shop!!

I brought a Projectpro 117 wagner Sprayer online. They did a great follow-up by email right from the ordering till the product was delivered. Delivered it on time. Happy with the product.! Full marks to the customer service for such a good follow up. Thumbs up.!!

Beware - They state goods in stock when they aren't

I ordered a drill on a Sunday. I heard nothing for a week so called to find out why I hadn't received it or even had a call or email update. I was told I would be contacted the next day with an update on what was happening.
No contact from them over the next couple of days so I had to call again. Still the same response, I will call you back within an hour. No call back!! I phoned again and was told they were chasing to find out where the stock was and would call me back. While waiting for this call I looked at the Dibranto website and noticed they had removed the drill I had ordered. I called straight back, explained what I had seen to be told they didn't have that drill and couldn't order it! SO WHY ADVERTISE IT AS IN STOCK ON YOUR WEBSITE. Do not waste your time and order elsewhere.

Great customer service

Excellent experience purchasing from Dibranto - very proactive customer service from Sayed regarding the item details and delivery. It was even arranged for earlier than originally available after Sayed inquired with the manufacturer.

Overall, great experience and will shop again!

Failure to deliver goods

After order had been placed an email was received extending delivery 5-7days. After this time no dispatch email came so I emailed them. No response. So I phoned. Was promised email to let me know what was happening. None as yet. Having revisited their website it looks as if the item I ordered is out of stock and not due for at least a month. I have emailed for a refund. I will see if there is any response to that.

Unauthorised use of card

I made a small order with these people . Several days later they took second payment for same item . I did not notice in time to claim refund from card issuer , the company knows what they have done and I have emails off them promising my money back but this is not happening . I am now going to take them to court as what they have done is illegal and they know it . THEY KEEP YOUR DETAILS AND USE THEM AT A LATER DATE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. AVOID IF YOU LIKE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY YOUR OWN .

Ready help.

I was very grateful for Dibranto's careful follow up on my enquiry. I called this morning to find out what had happened to my order 798793. A very helpful gentleman - I think his name was Livingstone, gave me the tracking number and assured me that the order would arrive today. However when I tried to put in the tracking number given it was not recognised. So I sent an email to that effect to your company. Within 1 hour I had received 3 calls from your company - the first 2 of which I was not able to take as I was in a meeting, but the third I was able to take. In the meantime the goods had arrived at my home and my wife took delivery. I was impressed at the way you persisted in seeking to follow me up to reassure me.
One suggestion - that you take the phone or email address on the receipt of an order and then send a text or email to inform me of the progress of the order, giving me the tracking number. Some other good companies do this. I needed re-assurance as I had not received anything other than the initial receipt of the order, and also because I had recognised a grammar mistake on your web site and this made me wonder whether you were a bone fide company or not. I was very glad to get your re-assurance
