Impressive company. I bought a neoprene treat bag a few years back and since then it's done daily sterling service. Given its price, I contacted the company via their site when the zip came off a few weeks back. Mandy suggested I sent it back for repair and, for the price of postage to Cornwall and back, it's now doing great duty again. Friendly British company with a truly impressive follow through. Highly recommend.

I commented on a Facebook post to say that I loved my Dicky bag but wouldn't buy again as it had broken. My comment was noted & a response informed me that it could be returned & repaired for a very modest fee.
I have just received my Dicky bag back & I'm delighted, it is as good as new. The customer service was wonderful and the product well made. I cannot praise the company enough.

My 2nd order, the Neo-Skin Treat Bag which has some magic ability not to spill treats despite having a slit in the top for easy access. This keeps treats dry yet readily available for the pup in need of regular bribes.

My latest order, two Percy bags for holding keys and phones during the summer months when I don’t have a coat, just my hands free dog walking belt.
