Bandon Store

I went to DID in Bandon to purchase a new washing machine, from the minute I went in the door the assistant Linda was very very, very helpful and recommended the machine to me. She also was so helpful in organising the delivery the installation and to take away the old machine I would rate DID in Bandon 10 out of 10 and I would rate the customer service I received from Linda absolutely 100%. Purchased new fridge on Saturday DID Bandon

Purchased new fridge on Saturday last in Bandon store. Ann and staff were very helpful, sold me display model and packaged it there and then as I needed fridge the same day. DID even offered temporary fridge to assist which is a good idea for customers when fridges suddenly stop working. DID Electrical Bandon have plenty of fridge options and big electrical store, various makes and budgets to suit.

Great Service From Colm in the Bandon…

Great Service From Colm in the Bandon DID store.
Trying to buy a toaster and kettle, small things, but he took on board all my questions with patience and helpfulness. Ended up asking him lots of questions on hand held vacuums and all super information for next time!

Excellent, efficient customer service.

Sam, the customer server was fantastic, informed and knowledgeable about the laptop I was looking for. I was also offered a great offer and warranty. The whole process was efficient and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Great staff

Went to the store in Bandon looking for a new tumble dryer. Sam came over to over some help, answered any questions I had, and helped me chose a dryer that would suit my family’s needs. He was very polite and helpful.

I have shopped in DID Bandon for nearly 20yrs. I have been met every time with a great selection & great staff always there to help us choose the right product.
On this occasion I had to return my Nutri bullet, no fault from DID. The experience was hassle free.
Will be my first place to call when I need my next appliance.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Colm (Bandon shop) checked that I was aware the printer I was buying was not Bluetooth or WiFi and if I had the cable needed for my laptop. He said they were in stock if I needed ro return.
