I am a returning customer to DID Turners x cork because of the competitive prices but also the staff especially Jake and Colm. Dealt with Jake last week about faulty machine and he couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. Went today to buy new machine unfortunately Jake was off but Colm ( who was only standing in today) was every bit as helpful. Both their knowledge and customer service was excellent. Thank you to both gentlemen. Went in for washing machine came home with new job and oven too🤦‍♀️

Went in to look at a hoover and a condenser dryer. Odhran gave me great advice on the different aspect of condenser vs heat pump driers and went through my hoover options. Very helpful and made the buying aspect quite easy.

We purchased our air fryer and our inter-grated fridge freezer in DID. Maria was so helpful and patient and explained each one in great detail. We are so happy with the one we picked. Big thanks to Maria for the time she gave us.

Excellent customer service. Had called to see if they had a phone in stock while firstly being told there was none in stock, they called back minutes later to inform me of a delivery arriving at the store today, they held the phone for me and made my purchase so smooth.

I recently bought an air fryer from DID Electrical and had a really good experience. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate. Delivery was quick and the item arrived well packaged. The air fryer itself works perfectly and has made cooking much easier. Overall, I found the service reliable and would definitely shop with DID again.

It started badly when I bought a printer unsuitable for my needs! Not a great experience with my first salesman. Had to return it to your store in the evening where I met George, who couldn’t have been more helpful.George is why DID get 5 stars😊. I l buy all my electrical from there and will continue to do so
