DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a machine from Mountjoy Square Feb 6th. I was told it was standard size and would fit. It didn't as they vary in width. Reordered in the shop and was given a date. No one arrived. Called 5 times couldn't get through. Finally got a date for delivery from online team. Machine came with a dent in it. Went to the shop again as I couldn't get through on the phone or through email. New machine ordered and given a date. No machine arrived. Got given a new date. The man just came and said it was collection only. So still no machine a month later. Now awaiting contact from customer service as Mountjoy is now closed. Total incompetence. Never again!
It is now a week later and still no one has contacted me from DID Electrics.

Click and Collect worked very well but profusion of marketing emails the purchase kicked off was a bit annoying. Also I was told I'd get an email to say when the order was ready but I got a text. Not really an issue for me but the comms and what actually happens could be better aligned.
