Excellent service from Rushil in Terryland. He answered all my questions and adviced me on products. Process was very smooth and easy.

I recently visited DID to purchase a new TV, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Deva. From the moment I entered the store, Deva was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain the different TV options, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped me choose the model that best suited my needs and budget.

At no point did I feel under pressure to make a purchase. Instead, I felt well informed and confident in my decision. The level of customer service was outstanding, and Deva’s professionalism and product knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable.

My Did experience was fantastic.Both my wife and myself were taken aback by the friendlyness and professionalism of the staff .we had waited 2 weeks at Currys for mini fridge but were told to come back and get it on 4 different occasions. In the end they wanted 35 euros to deliver it to the shop.we rejected that. Shannon seen to us right away. Let us browse and went and got us a t
hor mini fridge.while she was getting it Derek kept us entertained. Shannon even brought it to the car for us. Fantastic staff. Great .company.

In Limerick DID today and was served by Sean. Very Helpful and efficient.

Went to their branch in Bray looking for a washing machine and Dryer. Stephen served us and he was great. Very friendly with a great knowledge of the products. He spent time with us, giving us the pros and cons of all the machines and then gave us time to make our decision. What we really liked was that there was no pressure selling. Very happy with our choice. Thank you Stephen.

Great service by Troy, Kilkenny store..

I went to Airside Swords Co.Dublin to buy a gift for my Wife' Birthday. First I went to Curry's, asked about the product, told they were over there on the wall. I immediately left the shop, went to Harvey Norman, was told , she did not work in that department, I immediately left the shop. I then went to DID, to be greeted by Gareth, who without asking, brought me to the product I was looking for, ran through a few things with me, completed the transaction, informed me about return/exchange policy, told me if I had any problems to call back. I should have gone to DID 1st, I have purchased a lot of items for our home over the years. Why should I be surprised, an Irish company trading since 1968. Please consider supporting, DID, you won't be disappointed, and supporting an Irish company. I'll be back.
