The bottle was actually extra wrapped to prevent breakage during transport.

Excellent Customer Service!!
I was hunting for a supplement for my cat and not only did 3 other shops not have it in stock, but they waited days to inform me that my order would not arrive for 1-2 weeks. I spoke with Floor, who was lovely, via WhatApp and had the bottle in my hands within 48 hours!

I used to rely on your delivery, but the last time I was waiting for my parcel for more than a week. If you don’t have something in stock, you should tell about it to your customers beforehand. Because you were run out of one item, you changed delivery time after the order was placed. If I had known about it, I would ordered without it

We update stock information daily, so this problem occurs very rarely. As usual, we have emailed you 2x regarding the expected delivery time. Not reliable
They had the delivery date of Critical Care for my very I’ll rabbit for Monday and they delivered it on Friday. They did not take any responsibility for the very late delivery. Not a reliable company at all, especially if your pet is very ill.

We have an agreement with PostNL for next business day delivery. However, with an online purchase, one should keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances can hinder fast delivery.
Bad quality and inaccurate descriptions
The item descriptions are not accurate, and the products are poor quality, some not usable at all.
