I don't like that you have to be a member with a passcode to receive points. Can't the email be recognized instead. I've been ordering from the company for over 7 years. Also hate that I don't get to choose samples anymore. Sometimes I get samples but I'm vegetation so it's a waste.

The package was not delivered when I…
The package was not delivered when I was notofoed. I was sent a replacement and while I was out of town, the orginial was delivered to my neighbor a week later. When I got the replacement order the next day I called the company {Ashley} in coustmer service, I offered to send it back or bill me for the replacement package. She called me back and said just to keep it. Thank you very much!

Variety pack missing a flavor
Ordered a variety pack that was supposed to contain 3 different flavors and a total of 7 bags. Was sent 7 individual bags, with 4 of one flavor and 3 of another. When I called CS was told they did this because they were out of stock of one of the flavors. Shouldn't this have been noted on my packing slip so I could have known and noted on their website and/or prior to me submitting order so I would have had choice whether to order or not?

Everything is good except the blueberry…
Everything is good except the blueberry muffin. I am surprised that this even made it past the testing stage. It is pretty darn awful. Their just isn't anything good to say of it. I would like to have someone within the company make it and try it. It doesn't look like the package. it's tastes very artificial.
Is there any way I could get another product send to me to replace the bad product?
