I placed an order which never arrived.you can't track the order and every time u email them they end up replying "it will be delivered this week" which never happend ..

Absolutely dreadful experience. Ordered on the 14th September, fast forward to the 20th November still no goods. 3 promised it’ll be shipped today, false tracking numbers, excuse about the warehouse being reorganised. Resulted in a chargeback and reported to trading standards. Hugely disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with this wholesaler. On September 14th, I placed an order worth almost £230. They kept delaying the shipment, always telling me something was missing in the parcel and that it would be sent "tomorrow." They even generated a Royal Mail label with a tracking number and emailed it to me, pretending the package had been shipped, when in fact it had not.

For over a week I kept chasing them, and every time they promised it would be "worth the wait." Finally, after constant pressure, they claimed they had sent two parcels, but only provided one tracking number. In the end, I never received my goods and they never refunded my money.

To make matters worse, this company used to be called Diffusion Online, but after getting so many bad reviews, they simply changed their name to Diffusion Fashion. Now they claim these are two different companies, when in reality it’s the same one just trying to escape their terrible reputation.

This company lied to me, wasted my time, kept my payment, and is now hiding behind a new name. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Terrible terrible company keep away from them eager to sell but never refund if goods are broken. The lies I have been told by them just goes on and on 3 months I need my money being a pensioner. So many excuses for not refunding.

SCAM!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Diffusion Fashion. They repeatedly claimed that I would receive a tracking number and my order would arrive within a week, but nothing ever came through. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but the only responses I get are vague assurances that my order will be shipped next week, along with promises of a tracking number. It feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise against buying from this company. They are not trustworthy, and now I'm left trying to figure out how to get my money back, which I doubt will happen. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Wanted a big size suitcase to fit a printer in. Phoned up and spoke to a guy called Ali. He promised me one set which was what I wanted. I asked if there was a discount code, he said, order the cheap one and he will send the better ones if I put a note in my order. I did as I was told. The suitcases took 14 days to arrive. Then to my complete disappointment they were the cheapest suitcases I have ever encountered. They probably won't survive the journey. Not trustworthy people.

I ordered a set of 3 suitcase at a very cheap price which made me sceptical, there was no need I recieved them in less than a week and they are really good I couldn't purchase one for the price i paid for 3, I messaged them to enquire how long delivery would be and they responded quickly. Would definitely order from thus company again

Ordered suitcases and they arrived today. So pleased with them. Now I need July to come so I can pack them and get on that plane. Thankyou so much.

Returned item via recorded delivery . Still waiting for my refund from klarna , its been months

Don’t bother with them. Faulty clothes, don’t reply when get in contact with them.

Awful! They cancelled my order due to fraud…. Erm it wasn’t fraud…

My order came the next day after ordering it. This service was brilliant. Thank you.

3 items £243 missing. I do have the evidence of opening the parcel and counting the items contained in the parcel, but Diffusion still says they sent?! Very frustrating experience! Will report to the police and raise a dispute. This is unacceptable.

Very deceiving got new price tags on clothes yellow the a 20% discount on rail but say the 20% has already been taken off when you purchase

Seeing the other reviews at first made me hesitant shopping here. The prices were great and the cheapest compared to other shops, so I risked it anyway.

The clothes arrived as described, clean and in the correct size. They were delivered on the 2nd day after ordering, despite the expected time taking 4-5 working days, so plus points for that.

Ordered online on a public holiday and expected delays but my order came 4 days later which is amazing for international delivery! Was packaged nicely and had the authenticity card included for my item as well. Definitely would buy from them again.

Placed order over £596 with a small amount received. Outstanding money left and chased for is £330.57
Tried to call and text,email several times and kept being fobbed off.

Placed an order online and arrived within
24 hours even though selected as standard 3 to 5 day delivery service. Excellent shopping experience which I cannot fault as a first time buyer from this retailer. I will definitely be shopping at Diffusion again. 10 out of 10. The order arrived well packaged and as described. Love it.
