After I wrote my original review (below) I was contacted by a lady representing the company. She apologised for the delay and said she believed the order was stuck in the post in the Netherlands. She asked me to wait a few days to see if the package arrived and to let her know. When I contacted her a few days later she said she would resend the order. That order arrived today. (20/03/2023) The items are exactly as ordered and of good quality. I am writing this update in order to be fair to the company. The problems were with the postal service, not the seller. Although contacting the company was difficult they are legit and sorted my issue efficiently. I would be happy to order from them again. Here is my original review: My order of two Roberts replacement power supplies never arrived. Tracking never updated and never appeared in the Irish postal service, An Post. Tried phoning two numbers on the company website, one in Ireland and one in England. No one answered either number. My email address and tracking number were not recognised when I logged onto in the company web site. Today an email arrived stating that the items had been delivered. They weren't. This is not a genuine company. Avoid like the plague. This is a genuine review. My name is Liam and I live in Waterford, Ireland.

Checked the tracking site (17track) Turns out it’s not a ‘tracking’ company just a tracking app where tracking info can be posted. Wide open to be used by scammers.

This company is happy to take your money and then do absolutely nothing, including sending your purchase.
Hopefully I’ll be able to get a refund through PayPal.
Any positive reviews on trustpilot are obviously fake.

Charged for an item I didn't want
Moments after placing an order, I realized I didn't need the item; I emailed the company immediately requesting cancellation. Two days later they shipped it anyway and charged me. They expect me to pay return shipping across the Atlantic. Do not trust this company.

If you see the Digi-Dave moniker anywhere within 1 million miles of an item you might be considering buying then burn your laptop/phone and start again. Impossible to contact
I recently ordered a product from Digidave through their MyVolts.co.uk front end. Having ordered the product, I then realised that I did not want the item.
I immediately emailed the company to request a cancellation of the order. This was a weekend, so I did not necessarily expect an immediate reply.
On the Monday, I emailed again and received no confirmation or reply.
I then went to the website to find a contact form, and found nothing.
There was a phone number, which I dialled, and received a short message that my number was blocked to that number. I had never had any contact with the company before, so assumed that this was for all mobiles.
I then used Skype to contact the number and got a four-menu option. The first option was for order support, but when I selected that the line was immediately hung up.
I phoned back and tried other options. One other directed me to their support website to use their support form. The link given on the phone for their support website takes me to a page saying:
"Web Server's Default Page
This page is generated by Plesk, the leading hosting automation software. You see this page because there is no Web site at this address."
At this point, I am still waiting to see if the item will be cancelled or whether I will have to go through this dance of impossible-to-contact support to try and return the item.
Even if it is cancelled as requested, though, I can say that I will not be risking buying anything else from a company that I can't contact.

Nothing but good things to say about Digidave (I thought it was the owner's name, at first ! maybe it is, for all I know !). I'm not the best customer, after i returned the item realising I didn't need one, but Digidave were quick and efficient in refunding with no quibble, and I'll be sure to return with all my power supply needs - cheers Digidave.

I was looking for a power cable replacement for my Medion notebook. Thanks to Scott at Digidave, who was very happy to help me out to find a replacement. He communicated well with me many times via email with helpful advice and tips.
Best part was ,he sent me a replacement power cable free of charge!!! Didn’t expect that type of kind gesture. It was perfect for my notebook.

When it all went wrong they went silent
Buying process was really good. I bought two power control units from them and one failed. When I first reported it they said they would sort it and I got a reply in a few hours. I replied back and despite raising tickets with them and re-sending my replies multiple times - it seems no one wants to know. Their phone service is only for sales and I'm left with a 350 quid unit that is effectively a door stop.
Not happy, I've had to buy my customer an alternative brand because I'm certainly not buying another from them when they don't honour the warranty period. It been over three weeks since I reported this and I get no reply.
Not happy and out of pocket! It says this review goes to digidaves email address - I don't fancy the chances of anyone reading it because they don't seem to read mine.

I stupidly ordered the wrong power supply for my iphone speakers and digidave promptly responded to emails and sent me two adapters, one of which fixed the problem, very good value and excellent customer service.
