Prompt attention to my issue. I misunderstood that the additional purchase I made was a digital copy. When I buy books, I prefer a physical copy. Call me old-school but in my opinion, there is something special about a new book. The feel, smell, and ability to turn pages. I was not very hopeful when I submitted my refund request and was pleasantly surprised at how quick they responded. I was also surprised I wasn't given a runaround and/or multiple attempts at changing my mind.

I had multiple bills for the $81 order…
I had multiple bills for the $81 order I wanted...when I went to purchase it...and approve it with my bank I had 3 hits @$81 and one at $50. It was my fault because I did not know what/ how I was ordering things...so I emailed you guys and your support team said they would fix it but dont send multi corrections. I left it alone and went back to my work. When I returned it was perfectly fixed!
