Rear light for a brat bike, nice looking too. They gave three dates for delivery and failed on all counts. A full month between ordering, cancelling and getting a refund.

After asking Digital Speedos about their Tachometer I bought the black 60mm Daytona Velona 8000 Tachometer which works and looks perfect on my 2023 RE 350 Classic, the fitting instructions were really good so took my time and neatly fitted the wiring, made my own bracket, sprayed it black to match, job done!!

Very good product, took to long to arrive but that could be to customs.Should improve communication to keep customer updated, in general OK.

Great price for required speedo - good delivery timescale. Easy online transaction.

Original order was cancelled by them because I asked for refund, which I hadn’t and money was refunded.
Re ordered next day and tried to contact them about previous days problem, no return call or communication.
Item came within estimated date.

I been using Digital speedos on and off for year with no problem and always thought they were a great company to deal with until now. My parcel was just left on the doorstep by the mail company, proof of delivery a photo of it dumped on the doorstep. I have tried to get in touch with them and all I got was while I was miles away and unable to get anyone to collect it from the doorstep, I emailed them. And all I got was I am sorry to hear about your dilemma perhaps you should ask a neighbour or friend to pick it up. Which I had already stated that I had done. I have not been able to get a reply from them since and the phone just goes to answerphone. I doubt I shall use them again. They are not the only people that sell the art of stuff. Hopefully hear from you soon

Delivery longer than stated, no response to enquiry email. However, product did arrive and was as described.

Placed an order. 3 weeks later, no email to confirm shipping. Emailed the company 3 times - no reply. Called their number twice - no one answered. Cancelled the order and 12 days after that they email me to say it has been sent! It now has to come overseas to be sent back. Then they want this customer survey filled out for an order that I don't want/need to be fulfilled. Shop elsewhere folks.

Only one reason not to give 5 stars , the colour of the face is not a great match for the speedometer, this might be unfair as the speedo is from 1967

Terrible service, part took ages to arrive.

Made an order paid for it ,48hour delivery ! over a month later still hadn’t received it with no communication unless I rang them. Had enough asked for refund. All they had to do was to list it as out of stock

I ordered over £500 worth of microgadget kit in the black Friday offer. The kit was marked as available 2-3 days dispatch throughout, including the the Christmas and New Year promotions. However it was not. I had no communications after my order was placed and each time I phoned up I kept being given new delivery forecasts that were not met. I seemed to get the same person on the phone each time who was belligerent, unapologetic and unhelpful. The kit did arrive and, being Motogadget, is superb, but it took nearly two months of hassle.

Took my money when they didn't have the item in stock, no message explaining this and took 2 week to arrive... Business basics 101 and they failed, will shop somewhere else for the rest!!

Wrong invoice's value to portuguese customs. So they apply more fees.

Great products and prices. Kept me informed on order and delivery.
