Buyed a 5 pounds card
Kept telling me the balance unble to make any call
This card and Company is rubbish
Should be banned its fraudulent

Worse application ever they charge too high and if you don't use the application for a while they take away your credit.i hate this app it shouldn't be allowed in play store or apple store

I bought the top up card and they took my money from my account and the pin is used already. Customer service phone does not work, submitted online support messages and no response since last Saturday.

Bad business

I had some issue regarding my credit and I spoke to Mr Adnanan and he resolved it immediately he was very polite and helpful

It doesn't work 5 pounds for nothing. Used my normal phone call went straight through.. raising a dispute with amex

Load of rubbish 13 mins for 2.50 white called Ng receipt no card they're ripping people off never will buy ever again to every one out they make it easy for you to buy but you don't get a phone ha theirs theirs theifs

my 2 phones stopped working, despite many calls and promises Wite calling did nothing, saying oh who did you speak to, its been passed to the relevent department. But you cant speak to them. Couldnt sign in to account. At the end some idiot said "Just do a manual top up" they got some advice form me to F off. I got PAC codes and went to penny mobile who have superb on line website and lightening support on chat or phone. I do not have any link with Pennymobile but the crass stupidity of White mobile needs to be fedback

Never worked, they took my money used for it two days then IF you contact them they say they will refund it for you, but sometimes they do not, so please be careful not to become a victim. Now I am to look for other companies who have much better attitude. They sent templates on their online "chat" rather real solutions to the problem.

Pretty useless for me.

After reading reviews on trustpilot, I purchased some credit to call Pakistan, first of all there is no difference between high quality and economy calls, this is a psychological sham, anyway both calls go through some pakistani mobile number which is illegal over there and most of the time when you need to make urgent calls it prompts that you dont have sufficient balance in your account in Urdu of course.
Really steamed on them for wasting my time and money.

I must say that the service is amazing. I found it really easy and cheap to call my friends in Scotland and Australia. There is no more gibberish when making long distance international calls to your friends. I would suggest Digital Calling Cards to everyone who want to stay connected with friends without burdening their pockets.

It has been a pleasure availing the services of Digital Calling Cards to talk to my parents in New Zealand. I am amazed to witness the crystal clear sound quality as they have said. The call was not even disturbed for a single second and I talked to my parents without any trouble on really low rates.

Since long I have being using digital calling cards for international calling from UK and I am quite satisfied with their service. I called to their helpline to report complain that I was facing so they compensation me some free talk time into my account and I am pretty happy with their calling rates.
