I read the reviews and wasn't disappointed. I'd been considering transferring our Hi8 tapes and family videos into a digital format for years but the cost and some sketchy reviews of other companies led me to delay. Well Digital Converters matched their reviews. Great communication, I particularly liked the fact that I could track my order, good price and they lived up to their promise of no charge for a blank tape we sent them. We're so pleased with the outcome and sent them 35 tapes altogether. You also get a condition report at the end, explaining any issues they found with the tapes. Luckily the majority of ours were all fine. I highly recommend Digital Converters.

What a great company. I used them to convert a VHS to USB stick. The posting instructions are very clear.
I was kept updated by email through the whole process - on receipt of my tape, a quality report, a completion and postage tracking.
They handled my item with great care.
I will use them again, especially as they offer their service at almost half of the price of most others.

My sister and I had family cine films dating from 70’s and 80’s, not viewed for over 40 years. After some research we discovered Digital Converters and, having checked out their reviews on Trust Pilot, decided to go ahead with having the films converted to digital format. How glad we are that we chose this company! From the initial ordering, where simple to follow instructions re the sending of our precious items, through to the communications received confirming receipt and the expected time scale for the return, we could not be happier to recommend Digital Converters as the ‘go to’ company. The results are far in excess of our expectations, and delivered back to us in digital format within the promised time scale and the original items received through Royal Mail on the following day!

This is a great service. I sent them a bunch of mini DV tapes by post and a week later received a USB stick with MP4 files. One tape was blank so the refunded me the cost of that one. They clearly explain how to package and send the tapes and there's good communication throughout - you get an email when you package is received and another when it's dispatched back.

A rediscovered cine film, stored away for 40 years, produced family memories of my daughter’s christening and generations now passed away. We were all thrilled and delighted to relive the day and shed a tear or two. My film was converted in just a few days and I was updated at each step of the process.

I sent 15 old super8 cine films to digital converters. I did try a few years ago but the companies I contacted were reluctant because of the age of the films and the possibility of damage.
I decided to take a chance and sent them to Digital Converters. Very easy to arrange.
What a surprise !!
They were returned as promised in about 2 weeks on a memory stick and I was able to view images I had not seen for nearly 50 years , holidays long forgotten , my children growing up etc.etc..
I cannot thank this brilliant company enough.
If anyone has old media they can no longer access, send them to Digital Converters today you won't be disappointed.

I have just received my digital copies of some old VHS C tapes that I have since 1993 in some cases. The service was excellent throughout with an online tracking system to see where the process is throughout from dispatch to Digital Converters and then through processing to finally returning. The quality of the digital copies is superb. I can now dispose of my VHS player !

What excellent service reviving some old memories we had forgotten about in the days of super 8 cameras. Excellent quality & highly recommended.

These are great, hassle free. Quick and easy cant fault them once service is best I have seen for a long time. Love the fact they put soft music on the background, beats the sound of the old projector clapping away. Love the fact not having to get the projector out the loft when you fancy a look back at the good old days. love the fact just 3 different prices for the 3 film sizes and not priced per 200 feet like some. Please use these THE BEST.

An amazing company. Professional from start to finish. Easy intructions that even a 5yr old could follow regarding packaging, then once they've received your goods, they keep you informed online the whole way through the process. So smooth, so simple and so worth it.

Was a bit sceptical about sending off old VHS tapes with amazing memories in case they got lost but shouldn't have worried. Got them back today on usb stick and cd. Quality is perfect. So lovely to see family videos from 27 years ago. Getting the next lot ready to send off. Would recommend.

The team at Digital Converters were kind in answering all my questions over the phone, and all their communication was super reassuring. Received my files back (Old 3-inch audio spools to USB) and it was an incredible portal into the past, to hear the voices of my 8-year-old mum, and grandparents now passed, so well preserved from the 60s and 70s - it was amazing. Website easily guides you through the process, great communication via email updating me every stage of the way.I sent 7 video tapes on Saturday morning and they were back to me by Thursday morning.

Had some cinefilm converted on to DVDs and Memory stick. They informed me when they received them, when they were done and when they posted them out.
