They explained things clearly and where able to take over communications with a scammer that got ahold of my information. Services are expensive however.

When push came to shove I needed assistance in dealing with an issue that should have never escalated to this. Digital Forensics has given me a sound piece of mind. They walked me through the process and explained everything throughly. If I had questions, or needed further explanation they did not hesitate to answer or further clarify what was going on. They are very straight forward and I am very glad that I went with them. They are all great people with one thing in mind...Helping you out and getting things back on track for you.

As soon as I handed over my information they took everything into their hands, they made sure to check in with me daily to keep me updated on what was going on! Digital forensics is an amazing company. I was so nervous at first, my case manager explained everything thoroughly and relieved me of all my stress. So far it’s great
A little pricey but worth it in my opinion. I was being blackmailed and my issue seems to have been resolved in less than 48 hours. I haven’t heard from anyone again which must be a good sign. Hopefully I can move on now.

This company is amazing. Trustworthy and friendly, they even are super compassionate for all the hard work they do to help others gain peace of mind and have a great experience. I have been through alot of situations where I have needed security and peace of mind when it came to my wifi router, phones and laptop and Digital Forensics has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm safe and that I"m the only one with access to my personal data. In a world we live in with hackers galore, it is so nice to have a company that stands by good customer service experiences and keeps there word on making sure everything i do on the web, my computer and other devices, that I am safe and stay safe. I trust them 100% with my data and devices, they have earned it. I even had them do an investigation one time that may have been a little pricey but was way cheaper compared to most places and for the peace of mind it brought me, well thats priceless! Thanks Digital Forensics for ALWAYS going above and beyond for my safety and security. Thank you as well for everything you have continued to help me with throughout the years as things change.
