They also didn't send my order out when they realised the case i got was to small for my motherboard and got hold of me so i had time to correct it.
Can't recommend them enough.

Would you like to call us on 0151 523 9813 where we can help with what your issue is. Our inks have no issues reported and normally a easy issue to resolve with a hard reset. The only time the inks do not work is due to customers doing firmware updates and the manufactorys putting software on to stop customers using compatiables.

Paid for Next-Day Delivery, Received 2-Day Delivery
I paid for next day delivery at a cost of £8.99. Item should have been shipped 31/03/2025 and arrive 01/04/2025. However item was not shipped until 01/04/2025 and arrived 02/04/2025. This means I paid for next day delivery but received 2-day delivery, meaning I did not get what I paid for.
Contacted Digitalpromo who confirmed there was a problem with delivery and it would arrive a day late. I took a day off work to wait in for the delivery, which was a waste of my time since the item didn't arrive until the next day. I asked for a refund of the postage but Digitalpromo were dismissive of my request stating "sometimes delays do happen". A very disappointing answer. Happy to charge you for a service they couldn't provide. Opened a claim with PayPal for this poor customer service.

I have used Digital Promo for a few years now and they are always easy to deal with and have a good range. I live close so only buy in person, but order on line, which is easy to do. Would recommend them.
