I find them brilliant
I will start this by saying I do not have an Enterprise account, nor do I use their players (Raspberry Pi 5's work an absolute treat and are much more cost effective).
My own experiences are wholly positive. For US$3 a month I can use schedules for media which the free alternatives do not give - it is one thing only unless you pay.
The support I had was exeptional - I was struggling with the timed resources and they came in and made all of the necessary changes, as well as taking the time to explain where I'd been going wrong - they were supporting me for over 3 hours.
Honestly, for the very low monthly cost I cannot think of a better alternative.
