Where is my order?

Ordered nine items from a website labelled Dillard's on July 12. Discovered they were being shipped from China. Have been tracking them all ovr China; finally a package arrived yesterday. It is a ring I did not order! Get no response to emails I have sent.

Great experience shopping with Dillard’s

Third time shopping with Dillard’s 1st order kirk Geiger heels and purse , 2nd order- Kirk Geiger leather thigh high boots, 3rd order 2 pair of Kirk Geiger platform heels an I must say everything I ordered from dillards was in excellent condition I dent have a problem with any of my items This is a real review an I purchase everything with my own money I will continue to order from this company .

INCOMPETENCE RUINED MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY

I bought a Banwood Balance Bike for $200 for my daughter's birthday. When I went to open the parcel the night before to build it I discovered that they delivered a toy cabinet rather than the bike. This was the main present and I was very disappointed. They are sending the new bike asap but want me ti take the cabinet to a drop off location. I will not do this it is inconvenient. They told me they couldn't extradite the replacement shipment. Hopefully i get the bike this time. Overall pretty shocking service

Great customer service

Recently we visited family in TX. Found myself looking at items in Dillards. Found some items I liked and received assistance from a sales associate to have items shipped to my home. Excellent service and items arrived within a week.

Dillards refuses to return anything…

Dillards refuses to return anything over 30 days. I had an item shipped, and at 1 month from arrival wanted to return it. Tags on, original packing, never worn. Their policy states the have to get it back within 30 days of ordering. They refuse to do anything. This item is not on sale yet, is still in the stores. They will give nothing!!! Really crappy!

Do not purchase anything from them…

Do not purchase anything from them online. Purchased a gift for a friend that I needed to exchange/ return. They pretty much have a no return/ exchange policy.
If you make a purchase from them, make sure you 100% need it and cant return it.
I regret purchasing this item from Dillards and wish I purchased from another site with better customer services.

Refused to honor sale price

I ordered a swimsuit at full price, and it went on a substatial sale before I even recieved the item. I called to request a price adjustment and was rudely told that that was not their cooprorate policy. I've never heard of anyone doing business like that. Also had to return another item from that order because it didn't fit, and they were very difficult about it at the store. The customer service clerk wouldn't assist in re-ordering in the correct size and was generally rude about the entire thing. Its so strange to me that a major upscale retailer like Dillards would treat customers like this as a 'coorporate policy'. Will think twice about making any purchases here again.

Racially profiled at Dillard’s Littleton, CO

I’ve been a loyal shopper for more than 20 years and I’ve always loved Dillards.
However, I was racially profiled on Saturday , July 1 by the staff who works the section of the store near the accessories hand bags.
They were unprofessional, followed me around the store and engaged security. After I paid for my merchandised I told the woman who attended me at the register that it was very awkward and asked whether there was a problem with theft or other issue that warrants them to follow shoppers and she replied yes. And I told her I was uncomfortable and she told me she understands because it has happened to her at certain stores. As I walked away I said it was unfortunate that they treat customers that way and she told me “well you shouldn’t steal then”. It was horrible. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to or accused in that manner. The staff needs better training.
I felt extremely violated and I will never return to the store, despite how much I really appreciate the ladies l who attend to the woman’s clothing section.

They sent us a dress with a stain....unbelievable

They sent us a dress with a stain on the hem and when we tried to return it with tags and everything they claimed we are responsible and will not take the dress back. It seemed clear when they sent it to us that the dress was sent to someone else prior or tried on in the store etc. Disbelief that they will not let us return the dress. Said if we could clean the dress they would take back but dry cleaners will not clean the dress with tags on it. Total Joke. They then said go ahead and take tags off but would not send confirmation that we could do that, which is totally suspicious. VERY disappointed.

Their customer service is terrible

Their customer service is terrible. I received a dress on 4/27, returned it on 5/24 according to them it was outside the 30-day return window and sent me the dress back. My mother and I shop a lot at Dillard's (the one at Eagle Ridge) but never again!

Extremely unhelpful and uncaring poor customer service

I ordered gifts for a bridal shower and when I opened the box what was supposed to be gift wrapping was everything jammed into a too small box causing the "giftbox" to break and be misshapen with the contents coming out. I called customer service requesting they send a larger box that was not broken. I was told "there is no way to send out a gift box"! What? Seriously? Very unapologetic, unconcerned about the quality they are sending out and dismissive. Poor customer service to say the least. They had no desire to rectify this issue.

refund to wrong card

My refund went to the wrong card and the store Manager at Dillards at Stonecrest Mall location said they cant do a reverse, And that I should've been more clearer. She blamed me for the mistake of the sales lady. Very unsatisfied customer. I feel as though I've been robbed. Never again will I shop at Dillards.

I received a dress that was damaged and…

I received a dress that was damaged and I was able to return it to the Lubbock Tx store without issue and full refund. I did call the customer service in Hurst Tx store because they should have never sent a dress that was split out on both sides. They too were apologetic and assured me they would speak to the person that packaged it.

I ordered this belt because it was…

I ordered a michael kors belt from the website. It was displayed on the website as a black belt with silver tone hardware which is exactly what I was looking for. When I received my package the belt had goldtone hardware. I contacted Dillards right away and customer service was very unprofessional. The woman on the phone was very rude and argued with me stating that the photo online had gold hardware when clearly it did not.. I ended up having to pay for return shipping which is BS because I should’ve been reimbursed since it was false advertisement. Now a week later, I see they've changed the photos on the website to the black with the gold. I assume they've had multiple issues with this because of what was originally displayed. Beware. Their customer service is horrible.!! Needless to say, I will never order from this company ever again. P.S, the same belt is on sale at Neiman Marcus for $10 cheaper. Neiman Marcus has amazing customer service. Plus you get free shipping and returns.

Horrible merchandise

Horrible merchandise - cheap material, exceptionally poor quality. What a disappointment since they were once a premier store. Charged me for the return label? Seriously? Customer service was not the best. I returned the items; hopefully they will credit my card, otherwise I'll have to go through the process of getting a refund and I can't imagine that will be a pleasant experience.

WORST COMPANY EVER

This is by far the worst company I've ever shopped from. If I could give this negative stars, I would. I wanted to order a nice, cute prom dress and it fits too small and I decide to return it. I PAY for the return label and just because it did not arrive on time at their warehouse, they send my item back to my house. I call customer service and their very rude, disrespectful and they are not understanding at ALL. They do not even offer store credit! Do not. I repeat. DO NOT shop from here. You are better off shopping from Macys.

never got my item

Worst Customer Service. Needed an item very fast. Ordered it. They didn't offer any fast shipping. After two days the status was still Searching. I started to call them. First lady said she can't help me I have to wait. Second one took all my billing info and sent it to some department. Still noting. Third call tels me I have to wait. Then I'm getting a cancellation message on my phone. I'm calling them they say I have to wait my card didnt go through or they didn't know the real issue. And for everything that I'm asking they say we can't help you. I even asked for msome discount and they said no. Just lost my time. Better order from Macy's or Bloomingdale next time. If company want to fix it somehow here is my order number 6 8 7 7 7 3 4 8 1

Return Policy is a Ripoff!

I bought a shirt at Dillard's online, after checking to make sure that it was not in stock at either of the Dillard's near me. The shipping charge was $9.95. The shirt did not fit, so I returned it. Dillard's charged me another $9.95 for the return AND deducted the amount of tax from my refund. Don't know why I should have to pay the tax on a returned purchase. Also, other stores will order for you at no charge if the item is sent to the store and you pick it up, but Dillard's would not do this. I will not order from them again.

sent me damaged shoes and charged me for the return

I absolutely despise companies that are like this. THEY made a mistake and made ME pay for it. I emailed multiple times and never got a single response. I would not recommend it at all, plenty of other companies actually have good customer service, so go elsewhere.
 The only email they ever sent me, they failed to tell me I would be the one paying for the return, despite the return reason being damaged shoes.
