Very bad service. After 3 weeks waiting for the chairs they sent us one email saying the chairs wil be available in January 2022. Very bad customer service.

Dimehouse the best shop!
I came across the store by chance, looking for goods for my industrial style apartment. I bought the Finn floor lamp in black. The lamp arrived very quickly and I fell in love with it. Great selection and prices and a superb website - very clear, easy to find things and I really love that you provide detail about which of your showrooms the product is available to view. Delivery was also within 2 working days.
There was an issue with a missing and broken part (damage during delivery by PostNL). I contacted DimeHouse customer service by email that evening and had a response first thing the next morning. Replacement parts were shipped and arrived within a couple of days, and in addition the customer service agent sent additional felt floor protectors as he understood the product and knew they would not be provided with the replacement parts.
I was genuinely impressed with the level of service Bernie (customer service agent) gave. It’s very rare to find that level of attention to detail, quick response and courteous helpful communication. Thank you!!
I would definitely recommend DimeHouse to everyone.

I received a damaged product
I received a damaged product. After a short chat with a Dimehouse-guy i got 10% of the money back, also they said they will send me a replacement for the damaged parts of the product, but after weeks i did not receive anything! Under these conditions i would have send it back. Its a shame.
Update after your reply:
This is kind of strange because you contacted me and gave me an offer so i would change my rating.
But very clever to report my rating! That just confirms my valuation.

Dining table and chairs
The table and chairs were safely packed and delivered without any damage. Customer service was very friendly and responded quickly. The furniture are of very good quality. We will be very pleased to order from Dimehouse again.

Nice products but poor service
Our order was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. However we have received it after 4 weeks...
In addition, the order was not completed so we contacted Dimehouse customer service to send the rest of our order that we received 2 weeks later. Dimehouse informed us that they will send us a compensation gift for the inconvenience but we obviously haven't heard back from them since 2 weeks. In conclusion, Dimehouse have some nice products but the customer service is the worst I've seen so far.
