This didn’t work as well as I thought.. although I paid extra for express production and delivery, the books didn’t get to us on time and my parents weren’t able to take my niece’s one to her (she lives overseas and my parents were travelling to her for Christmas so were going to take it for her!)

Express production, reduces the production time.
This does not change the shipping time.
Your order shows shipped the day after this was placed.

We only have one shipping option, and this states 7-12 Business days.
Tracking shows this was delivered in this time frame.

Can’t review if I have not received it. I also just used the appropriate “did not receive” selection and then you still ask me to review the product that I did not receive so even the review section does not work correctly
