I've had a lot of jewellery from DH over the years and it's always a great experience. The jewellery is particularly well made and I've worn various pieces a lot and they never look 'worn'.

Classy heart shaped earrings
I was gifted these beautiful earrings , they are “ simply classy” . I love the design , the slight quirkiness of them , as a lover of heart shaped jewellery , these cute pieces are spot on . I have had a fair few comments on how dainty/ pretty they are . As a long time fan of Dinny and her work, yet again, l have another piece to add to my ever growing jewellery collection !

The jewellery may be beautiful but service is terrible
The jewellery may be beautiful, and I’ve bought quite a few pieces over the years for myself and my daughters, but the customer service is absolutely dreadful. If a company cannot provide even basic support to its customers, it really shouldn’t be running an online chat or call service in the first place.
The so-called availability times are completely contradictory. It says someone should be available, yet in the same section it shows that no one is online. In all honesty, I’ve never once seen anyone actually appear on the live chat, which is why I don’t even bother with it anymore. It just feels disorganised and quite unprofessional.
I work full time and usually shop in store during my lunch break, so I don’t have the luxury of going back and forth between shops or standing around waiting for help. I have to plan where I’m going beforehand. Because of that, I would normally phone customer care to check whether an item is in my nearest store, or sometimes even pay over the phone so I can quickly collect it. Over the last few weeks I’ve called several times just to check stock in specific stores, as I know not everything is available everywhere, but getting any clear or helpful answer has been far more difficult than it should be.
What’s even worse is the complete disregard for customer feedback here. There are plenty of reviews from customers that have simply been left unanswered. I wouldn’t be surprised if mine is ignored as well, which says a lot about how much the company values the people actually spending money with them. Not a single one seems to have been acknowledged.
From the outside, it honestly looks as though the only thing keeping this brand going is the endless cycle of discount codes and online sales. Without them, I suspect far fewer people would bother, especially considering the level of service
My earrings arrived swiftly
My earrings arrived swiftly and when the company said they would. They were nicely packaged in a gift box with a small soft sachet to store them.
The earrings themselves are lovely, silver with a touch of gold meaning I can wear them with gold or silver jewellery.

I normally love Dinny Hall jewellery and keep them but this one time I didn't like the earrings and sent them back for refund. The earrings were delivered back 8 days ago but still no word of receiving or refund. I have sent several messages but no courtesy of reply.
Not what I expected
I visited the store and was extremely disappointed by the lack of helpfulness from the staff. I had been informed by the customer service team that the item I wanted would be available and that they would notify the store to set it aside for me before I arrived. However, when I got there, the store had no knowledge of this and didn’t have the item. When I asked if another location had it, I was just told to call customer care again and check myself. I don’t live in London, and this store was the closest option for me, so this was really frustrating. I tried reaching out multiple times throughout the day, but never got any response from customer service. The item was supposed to be a birthday present to myself, and because of this experience, I ended up purchasing something else from a jeweller instead. As a first-time customer, I feel completely let down by the brand. Many of my friends have spoken highly of it, but after reading recent reviews, it’s clear that they’ve been failing their customers lately. I won’t be trying my luck here again.

Really disappointing customer service
Really disappointing customer service. I ordered a special gift for my friend’s daughter on a Sunday and paid extra for next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the bracelet didn’t arrive until Wednesday, three days later and I wasn’t updated at any point regarding the delay.
I contacted customer service twice to ask for clarification and received no response. I have since requested a refund of the next-day delivery fee, but so far I haven’t had a reply.
Overall, I’m very unimpressed with the lack of communication and service, and sadly won’t be ordering from here again.
Absolutely rude customer service agent
Absolutely unacceptable.
I gave this brand one final chance and regret it. For weeks I tried to contact customer service by phone and live chat with no reply despite the hours listed on the website.
When I eventually spoke to I believe who was Irish sounding, they were very rude along with the information I was given turned out to be incorrect, which only added to the frustration do making a purchase.
There is no clear or accurate communication about availability on the website or social channels. I’ve since spoken to several other customers experiencing the same issues with Dinny hall, and it’s genuinely sad to see how far this brand has declined.i used to buy a lot over the phone with a lady called daisy who was fantastic and helped me each time along with collecting or delivering my items but no I fear they do not have anyone actually on customer care who knows how to speak to customers.
My confidence is completely gone. After 30 years of loyalty, I will no longer be shopping with this brand and neither will those around me due to the last 3 months experience.

Loving this new necklace. It looks gorgeous paired with other DH pendants. Good to have 2 choices of length. Excellent quality, beautiful and sparkly. Lab created diamonds make it affordable too.
After sales are letting down your whole brand
This review is to show that there is little point in great design if the full service doesn’t follow through at a high standard too.
I have bought Dinny Hall since the early 1990s. I therefore find it disappointing to be in this miserable situation with their customer service team now.
End of September-my husband bought me gold huggie earrings. They are lovely.
I wore for about second/third time in December and almost lost one. My sister pointed out it was hanging unclasped from my ear. On close inspection I found that the clasp on one did not click firmly.
26 dec - I email DH to inform them.
No reply.
6 Jan - I chase up asking if they got email.
Finally get a reply and they say post in for repair, which do immediately
Silence-no acknowledgment of receipt - no timeframe - just silence
21 Jan - I chase again and ask when will I get the earrings back?
24 Jan - earrings returned beautifully packaged but the problem earrings still not right-the clasp is firmer but it is now misaligned. I inform DH

29 Jan - I chase again. Am asked if I live near Notting Hill then I can come in and repair team can speak to me. DH know I don’t live nearby as they had my address for return repair. I don’t want to chat any more about this, I just want a pair of earrings that close properly.
So-4 months after receiving these earrings I am still unable to wear them as one is defective and DH seem intent on stringing this out for as long as possible.
The defect with one of the pair was there from the start and had I noticed immediately these should have been returned immediately for a refund.
It is annoying that the clasp issue only became evident on early wear but I felt relieved not to have lost the earring entirely-I am certain DH would not have helped had this happened. They seem unable to assist even now.
I am fed up with having to repeatedly chase. I have said now I would like to return the earrings. I have given a fair chance for DH to sort this out but they have failed it is humiliating to be ignored over and over again.
Gorgeous bracelet
I ordered a bamboo bangle online which was dispatched really quickly, it was beautifuly wrapped and was much more gorgeous in real life. Im so pleased with it, its really stylish and looks expensive and classy. Very impressed. Recommended.
