I have been a customer of Direct2florist since 2013. During these 13 years I never experienced a situation similar to the recent one. I am always sending flowers on a certain occasion either on the 21st of April, or the 23rd of April (Saint George's Day). They express my gratefulness towards a certain person for helping me in the past.
I don't know what the problem this year was. I sent an order at about 11 p.m. UK time on the 22nd for the order to be delivered on the next day. Throughout these years pm delivery on the next day was more or less secured if an order was placed the previous day. I chose a flower shop about 2 miles from the delivery address, which I had also chosen in the past. I paid in pounds from a current UK account. The result was that the delivery was materialized on the 26th (!), and the package form was not what I had chosen

So how would you rate your service, and what should I do next year to make certain that the delivery would be on time, and exactly what I paid for? Furthermore, why should I choose Direct2florist next year?

I have used this company a few times now-their bouquets are beautiful and always follow your instructions. I had the opportunity to use a well known large corporate florist who were offering me discount but still trusted these guys.

I ordered flowers for my daughter and as always they arrived and were beautiful. Same day delivery, value for money

I have personally visited Penny Johnson flowers in the Coleshill High Street many times, for all sorts of occasions including my dad's funeral. They have done some wonderful bouquets and delivery is always on time. I live in Australia and it is good to know that what I have ordered will be exactly what is delivered on the day requested. The quality of the flowers has been excellent, there are plenty of choices for every celebration too.

Item delivered looked nothing like what was advertised and I made sure to order the large size too!

I ordered for same-day delivery in Crickhowell. Very quickly had an email response saying that the flowers I waned were not available, but with suggested alternative which was accepted. Delivery was quick, and flowers were excellent, and now have lasted 8 days with more to come. Presentation very good. All in all, and excellent service! Well done, Debbie.

I have used Direct2florist once before and decided to try them again as had been very pleased with their service. I ordered a basket of flowers for my friend's mother for her 100th birthday. They arrived early on the day I had asked for them to be delivered. The recipient was extremely pleased with them and when I visited the next day I could see they were literally as fresh as a daisy and even better than shown in the photo on the website. All credit to the local florist who arranged the flowers and delivered them. A great experience all round to mark a very special lady's 100th birthday!
