Very good although i did have to get a crane an was told i wouldn need one over the phone i didn know what was required so bit more money outa pocket but as for the service an the hot tub itself all good my we son loves it hes autism an this relaxes him soo much all in all good i would reccomend 🙂

Really easy to deal with and fast delivery.
Mark and Zack were excellent at bringing round to the garden which was not straight forward.

What makes the difference with this company is the after sales support. Sent numerous messages on live support and always get a reply within 10
mins ( even outside of working hours )

Hannah and Becki were very helpful and very quick to respond to queries and any concerns or issues we had. The hot tub and heat pump itself we are really enjoying, and although they are certainly not the most expensive out there but the from what we can see from the quality and functions on our Rose, they seems to offer great value for money.
Joe and Matt our heat pump installers were very knowledgeable, and the 9kw heat pump we have is a great energy saving bit of equipment that works really well, even in recent freezing we had around Xmas and with lots of use we are currently making.

Great helpful prompt sales pre-purchase advice. And quick to reply post delivery.

The guy who delivered was charming too - nice chap from Sheffield.

Overall a great experience and the hot tub is fab too!

After having a 6 seater hot tub for 8 years with numerous issues i reviewed lots of hot tub companies to try and avoid the same experience with my next one. I was looking for a smaller 3 persons hot tub and after looking at a quite a few liked the look of the moonlight on Direct Hot Tubs website so i called and spoke with Hanna and went through all the details of what i was looking for. Hanna was extremely knowledgeable with all the specks and we worked out the best format to suit my requirements and was happy and went for the moonlight with the white marble shell and coffee brown panel. I wanted the additional inverter heat pump to go with to save on electricity costs and went for the 7kw Aquark Aqualintel inverter heat pump. On the delivery we had a lot of snow and to my surprise didn’t stop any work being carried out and Kevin and his colleague came along as arranged and installed the hot tub with no issues whatsoever and also took my old 6 seater hot tub away with them. A few days later Joe came along with his colleague to install the heat pump and was below freezing all day and didn’t finish until 7.00pm. Joe made a very neat and tidy job and wasn’t straight forward as to where to put the heat pump and he relocated the 13amp supply to a different area so it worked ok. The heat pump came with a built in app so you can operate on your phone and worked flawlessly and Joe set me up on this. I went for the In Touch 3 WiFi module and had some connection issues and Joe was happy to get this up and running so i can operate remotely. The difference in energy savings with the heat pump vs the 3kw on board heater element is huge and according to my smart meter around 70% less & added benefit is the water stays at the same temperature when in use and doesn’t drop like with the heater element. The hot tub itself has far surpassed my expectations and not only looks amazing but has some fantastic features on. The jets on the two loungers are very powerful and massage from the top of the shoulders right to the bottom of the feet. The third seat is also good and just concentrates on the back and calves and nice for cooling off. To my surprise a valve divert for the two loungers was added so i can move all the power of the pump from center to left or right and exceptional to say the lest if an intense massage is required. There’s also a fragrance dial at adds a lovely aroma and pop up speakers in the corners which adds to the experience. The hot tub came with a very powerful air blower additionally to the jets and pushes cold air through the alternative jets at the bottom of the tub and creates a fabulous jacuzzi effect. The hot tub itself is powered from a 16amp feed and you can run the jets and air blower all on full simultaneously without any tripping issues which was another surprise. A very happy customer and an outstanding team and couldn’t recommend Direct Hot Tubs any higher.

We purchased a Rose Duo with 9kW heat pump from Direct Hot Tubs after looking at other suppliers. Hannah and the team were great and easy to work with, highly knowledgeable and responsive.

Delivery and installation was seamless, on schedule with good communication and updates on delivery time during the day.

Heat pump connection and commissioning had a few issues but Hannah, Joe and the team went above and beyond what would be considered normal service to ensure the installation completed on the day scheduled with Joe finally leaving site at 9:30 PM!

All in all the experience has been great, we love the tub, the service is some of the best experienced and we would definitely recommend Hannah and the team at Direct Hot Tubs.
