crushing people's dreams
someone i know was very excited to work for this company . seeing that this would be their first ever WFH job . she went out brought a new laptop, headset, port box/cable for ethernet connection , brand new desk and chair for this job specifically . she was under the impression that this company was felon friendly which is why she applied . completed all paperwork , attended orientation and did 2 days of training , for them to reach out via email to resend the job offer . i think its overly depressing for a job to make someone go through the entire process to then rip it away from them w/o getting a chance to showcase their work ethic . what happened to giving people a chance . Things like this is why people have no hope . i believe no one should be getting the job before backgrounds are complete but lessoned learned . great job DI ... GREAT JOB !

Call to unemployment
I had to call unemployment to verify they had all my documents yesterday. The portal was not working properly for me to upload what I needed to upload.
Ms. Camelia, ID# 2118 was so wonderful. She was patient and spoke clearly and walked me through everything, while double checking to make sure I had all documents needed to move forward in the process. This is my first time having to deal with something of this nature and it’s very frustrating when one is ignorant to all the rules and regulations. Frustrated
I spoke with Jacob - 18154. I have never met someone with so much empathy for another person. I filled out paperwork on 3 occasions and it didn't go though on the website portal. Although, I was told that everything was completed much earlier in the week. Last Saturday I received a letter stating questions were unanswered and my deadline was Tuesday.I spent the weekend re-answering them on the website portal. I emailed, and faxed them over. Called on Monday to make sure they came through somethings did but not all. Jacob patiently went through everything - what was missing he took the time to hand write the pages while I explained. He spent 1hr and 15min with me. His patience calmed me. I never felt rushed during the entire time with him. He truly care about people don't miss deadlines because it will cause a delay in benefits. Jacob you are a honest and hard working employee. It's employees like you that gives companies high ratings overall. I will never forget you!!! I hope when I call the office you answer every-time. It would be comforting to know that my questions will be taken care of.

I spoke with Donna from Ohio Unemployment on April 28. I had a unemployment claim from the 20th of March for 2 weeks I was laid off. As of the 28th of April I still had not received any payment. I had called several times to see what the issue was and Donna was the only one to take time with me to get it straightened out. Donna was very patience, polite, and she really cared about giving me the help in making sure things were made right. It's people like Donna who are a asset to the company. Thank goodness I was the lucky one to get her when I called. She is wonderful in customer service and really cares about people. Many thanks to Donna.

On 4/12/21 at approximately 2pm, I called about some ongoing issues I have been having with unemployment in ohio. The agent who answered my call was Rachel ID: 17636. She was awesome!! She listened to me, she was SO helpful, she was the sweetest lady. She figured out what the issue was, and took Immediate action to fix it. She was just so pleasant to talk to, I almost didn't want to hang up. She just made my whole day better!
