As I was not a skier with my family I brought a friend to show her around I asked our rep for information on stuff to do around the area and only got a answer the day before we left which actually had no info at all disappointment

Soldeu is a great location with the best ski and snowboarding schools Everything is so close from equipment shops to ski lifts. transfers are well organised.

Good communication from Sales team and in resort team made our holiday effortless and very enjoyable.

For me the important aspect of any holiday is the personal touch and the attention to detail
The resort manager Roisin had both of these in abundance. She was able to allow us to relax into the holiday from the start by her easy manner and expert knowledge of the resort and the ski area. Without doubt an asset to your company

Great Company to deal with . From sales to resort reps all polite and efficent . We had to change our booking due to illness and there were no issues . booking deposit was applied 2 years later at no cost . So nice to be able to talk with an understanding salesteam who answer the phone . James our Resort Rep was great too . Just about to book again for next year with same company .

We have travelled to Soldeu and Andorra for many years, this year our tour operators Direct Ski provided us with the best value best accommodation, hassle free flights and best in resort support for our entire holiday. The weather was fantastic too but Direct Ski probably weren’t responsible for that…..but I wouldn’t doubt it!!!😎

From a great welcome from Lyndsey, to a very comfortable stay at Euroski Hotel - it was a perfect holiday as there were 15 of us so hard to please everyone .... loved it all

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday with Ski McNeill to the Gastein valley in Austria. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and our group included skiers and walkers. Big thanks to the team and to the staff at Hotel Norica who were warm and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Christian who works with the hotel and provides guided hikes in the afternoon. A beautiful part of Austria.

The staff at Euroski Hotel for breakfasts amd dinners were lovely,
Vanessa, Fernando, Matias,Yamil and Baston,
Also James the Rep from Top flight was very helpful and kept us up to date with what was going on with entertainment etc

Excellent service from the moment we arrived at the airport until we got to the resort. Very helpful throughout our stay. Travel arrangements from the resort to the airport were very smooth as well.

We booked a large group of 20 people to Pas De La Casa in Andorra and from start to finish it was the best trip organised by an incredible travel company.

Everything were so smoothly, flights, pick-up, transfers. The Pension accommodation was central, clean with good breakfast and the hosts were very friendly. Resort Rep (Soll) was outstanding in his attention, daily updates on weather, slope conditions, places to eat etc.
DirectSki provided a great product that met all expectations.

Fantastic holiday….once you arrive at Dublin airport, Directski does everything else! I would highly recommend this holiday and travelling with Directski! Thank you

A stress free way to book a ski holiday

Dad travelling with 11, 10 & 6 Year Old, staying at Hotel Post flying from Cork Airport.
Holiday well organised and ran smoothly. Booking Office Staff, Transfer Reps and Resort Reps very knowledgeable, always available and nice to deal with.
Stayed at Hotel Post which is close to the Ski Lifts, the food is suited to all, (there to ski not a culinary experience). Sabine there is a great host.
The Reds Ski School are very professional and the Instructors are brilliant with children, ours looked forward to Ski School and even went on the Friday (the last day) we would normally ski together on the last day).
The village is safe, great for kids with the locals appreciating the business.
Shaun the Resort Rep great with the Kids and very helpful and courteous throughout the week. Gave detailed information on the night skiing & tobogganing in Soll, travel to / from. Text locations of where to watch the Irish Rugby Match etc.
A great holiday and looking forward to the next time.
